Sounds like a case of fighting the automation, then pilot makes the mistake that sealed the fate. The pilot probably ended up in a gulag...

So as to avail you of information advice for the adding of a touch of polishing to the narration of your future content, this is just a quick; not a snooty belittling or insultingly critical, but FRIENDLY note, addressing a minor pronunciation error. The correct pronunciation for ‘Fukuoka’ is the 4 syllable… “𝙁𝙊𝙊-𝙆𝙊𝙊-𝙊𝘼𝙆-𝙐𝙃” I don’t speak Japanese, but I’ve heard it referred to in such a manner throughout many a KZfaq video, along with having a father who once had a flight connecting through said airport. And for me, the most significant reason behind my familiarity with proper pronunciation of this Japanese word, is that I am an incomprehensibly HUGE Second World War buff, and specifically in the USAAF’s strategic bombing campaign on medium-sized Japanese cities, the massive incendiary bombing raid on the Fukuoka was the largest; an annihilating firebombing that left over 20% of the city in ashes. Fukuoka Harbor was also subjected to an underwater mine laying operation, in the much overlooked wider Allied efforts to extensively mine the enemy’s own harbors. That’s pretty ingenious, and sneaking in there to do it, must’ve been kind of thrilling. Sneaking into your neighbors’ front yards to ‘ding-dong-ditch’, or TP-ing their trees, has got nothing on that.

Unfortunately Majority Pakistani Muslims they do understand religion neither they follow the guidelines of the aviation industry nepotisim political interfenernce etc incompetence at many levels.there is one of the hadith which is perfect for these kind of people which outlines the story of a Bedouin man who was leaving his camel without tying it. The Prophet (PBUH) asked him “Why don't you tie down your camel?” The Bedouin answered, “I put my trust in Allah.” The Prophet then replied, “Tie your camel first, and then put your trust in Allah.”

Just a theory I thought of never hear this possibility so I figured what if the person who was in control of the aircraft waited until it ran out of fuel flew it as far out as possible then blew it up into pieces using a bomb of some kind smuggled on or perhaps something highly explosive the plane was carrying was used some how to blow up the aircraft n this is why little to almost no real debri was left most of it burning n disintegrating before even hitting the water the heavier parts sinking deep in to the abyss

It's been brought up before in other posts. @MiniAirCrashInvestigation, you need to speak a little louder, play with your gain structure and compression settings, and put the mic stand on some shock-absorbing material. There's no issue with the content, just its delivery. 🙂 (Maybe also a tiny bit of vocal reverb, too? "Small" room-size setting, 150-200ms tail, dry/wet mix at 94%/6%.)

I don't see it as a mistake between left and right thrust levers.. I see it as a mistake in not bringing up BOTH thrust levers.. It's what we teach during simulator training and on the line. Critical seconds.. even tenths of a second cannot be wasted while thinking about and/or looking down at the levers when at the edge of control a few feet above the tarmac.
