@@Mancs1000r Mate there’s always something. Audio, not having the correct view max, hyper wide etc. or even just not turning the damn camera on 🤣. Oh and I forgot to add don’t keep your key fob next to or near your phone. I work for a big UK car manufacturer and keeping the fobs right next to your phone causes issues.

​@@Mancs1000rit was a KTM Duke 890R, traded me S1000R in for it, for a bit more fun, wish I hadn't bothered now lol 😁 Managed to break a collar bone, so that's both sides done now, but hey, this pastime isn't meant to be 100% safe 😎 Though I'm tempted by an air vest next 😂

@@Mancs1000r best bike I've owned from a riding perspective! I no longer find myself on sweeping smooth A roads and the like, so having a 1000cc naked felt like I was missing out - getting the 890 allowed me to crack the throttle open everywhere, and more importantly I had fun. Dont get me wrong, the S1000R is like strapping yourself to a missile (as you'll know), but when you find that the fun bubble is 120+ it's nice to bring it back down to the 60-80 range. I was dubious about the KTM - been reading for years about poor build quality etc, and who knows - if mine had lasted longer than the 3 months I had it, maybe I'd have suffered something; seems the camshafts are prone to excessive wear in some years. I'd happily buy another though, if it wasn't for now having that seed of doubt sown - will it just do it again? Probably not, but riding is often equal parts of physical and mental barriers - and I can see myself getting past this one. Next bike, Wife approval permitting, might be a nice yellow Street Triple RS 😎 Had two other 765 RS bikes before the S1000R, and even though 44Teeth call it a "Nigel" bike, it never spat me off, or had any head shakes when being ragged. Oh, anyone thinking of the 890R, apparently the OEM damper is running crap oil - 10w, when most people say 60-80w makes it useful. Sadly for my situation, it's like closing the gate after the horse has fucked off

@TheScortUK marks neighbour has 765 rs, it’s absolutely mint, he recently had the oem heated grips fitted and the status of them is built into the dash, well smart. When you had the KTM, did you get the tech pack free until the first running in service? Or is that just for the 1390?

I have the front at 33/34psi and the rear at about 40psi which is about 2psi under what they recommend, it feels better for me, I also have the suspension in road mode which makes the ride easier

I’ve been running 34 f and 38r. Have supercorsa SP v3 tyres and the max pressure is 42 on the sidewall so don’t want to be running the factory recommendations on the rear. Just too hard I think

@charlieleec yeah I think that those pressures are to allow for all peoples weight, you are probably better off setting them so it feels right for you

I went with the Dji action 4 but I’m still sorting out the audio on it. I think it’s an all round better camera
