This is going to help me a lot when I got to finish my Victorian inspired pirate costume for Renfest. I wasn’t sure how to get the shape was my problem.

That’s such a good idea!! I have so many old lens/ camera cases and some would work perfectly to transform!! The swamp witch case was my favourite, I think the nautical touches worked really well, I could even see that used on a pirate costume. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos!

Your One Step does not sterilize anything. It's a sanitizer, so it sanitizes. To sterilize anything, you need to boil it at 2 atmospheres (121 deg C or 25? deg F---I think it's 151 deg F) for a minimum of 20 minutes. You need an autoclave (typically $10,000 and up) or what I call my PMA (Poor Man's Autoclave), a pressure cooker with a 15 lb stone.

Ya'know if you seal that foam tube it lasts longer, and that's probably why you have a few that have last a long time because whatever you did to them likely sealed them, even if only partially.

You don’t know how lucky I am to have found this video! I am in the middle of trying to make this same pattern. I tried 2 mock ups and was almost ready to pitch it. Then I found your video. Any advice on adjusting the size without buying a different sized pattern?

I love draperies as a source of fabrics for medieval nobility. Those fabrics are upwards of $40 per yard retail and a drapery panel, which often yields about 1 1/2 yards of fabric are usually $7-$10 per panel.

If it did rip at the seams, I would reinforce the fabric with iron on stabilizer and attempt to sew the seam back up.

Not me, watching this at 1:30 in the morning, wistfully wishing that Bolgrin and Almashakis had had a chance to be friends. I was always in such awe of her. What a glorious character. I’m glad you found her again.

Look up permaculture and no dig gardening. Plant your fruit and nut trees north from your house. Do the garden beds facing east to west for maximum sun exposure. Act quick because when they kill the dollar and go digital you will be left without food

I once caught a full thrust from a 2 handed boffer sword from a 300+ pound guy in the throat. Turns out the tip had worn through and I was hit by core. I think if it was a hair to the left, and it would have be hospital time.

Still can’t believe we use packets in the US rather than point and click casting and countering
@HeyMackenzieJ
@HeyMackenzieJ Жыл бұрын
I had to run to Redit and read about this because it's the first time that I've heard about "point and click" casting. I think we still use packets in the US because it simulates the possibility of totally botching a spell. But yeah packet safety oh that's a whole other rant that I could go on because I have come across people who have used plastic beads (big ones) or even marbles in their packets!
@queerlydeparted7650
@queerlydeparted7650 Жыл бұрын
What is point and click casting?
@vremster
@vremster Жыл бұрын
@@queerlydeparted7650 It's where you point at your target, after casting your spell, and call out the effects. The two difficulties with this is making sure the target is in range, and making sure they can hear you. The IFGS still uses this type of casting, rather than packets.
