It was time for a new sewing machine. I did a bunch of research and talked to friends and landed on buying the Juki HZL-F400. This machine is a beast! Watch as I test its limits. You won't believe how many layers of canvas it can sew through. Thick leather? No problem. Stay till the end. Basil is too cute in the end screen outtakes.

I really appreciated you leaving in the part where you forgot to switch needles. Mistakes happen, so it was nice that you kept it in there as a reminder that the needles used are important too! I’m on the hunt for a new sewing machine, so the Juki is now on my list to check out :D

I had to wipe the side of my mouth the first time I saw it blaze through denim going from 1 layer to 4 layers in one swoop without a hitch. My old machine used to get caught up on any change in thickness when sewing.

OMG!!!! I love my Bernina, but this is awesome! My mom (a full Bernina snob) actually liked Juki's too! :) So looking into this as a second machine! :)

Yeah I was VERY close to buying a Bernina and this one stopped me in my tracks.

Seems like a rather nice machine. I did look at some Juki's at first but I went with the Janome sewing machine. In the future I might look at Juki because they seem to be very reliable and durable in nature. Nice video and very informative.

@@HeyMackenzieJhello, the needle on my new f400 looks crooked and came sitting far to the right/ not centered. when I use the zigzag length button to move the needle nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong or is it just defective? Thank you

How does it sew delicate fabrics though? Looking for a good machine that will sew knits or fine jersey to denim. Is this it? Thank you for any help

So, Kenz..! I have to tell you this. I will come back later to watch the vid (can't wait), but I HAD to tell you this. I found out about this vid/update how? NOT via my youtube subscriptions or notifications (I got the bell on!). NOT on your FB thread, or any of our friends. My FATHER posted it my Mom's thread!?!?!?!? Mom was a sidejob seamstress when I was little (she did sidework creating/sewing go-go dancer outfits for the local strip clubs, etc), so I understand why he would post this, but that he saw it, I'm assuming from my feed. Just too funny, and Pre-emptive Congrats!!
