You are a fine, talented gunsmith. It appeared the screws and other parts apart came untightened with ease. Did you have to prep them with a WD-40 or a lock break before you unscrewed them ? Totally wonderful restoration. To bring back the chrome luster and blue , and awesome glory of the wood of an almost 200 year old rifled musket was inspiring. You did honor to the original maker and gunsmith . Thank you.

Sorry this is not a restoration. This is just a cleaning and rust removal. Restoration is bringing back to original condition. Removing all the pitting, redoing all factory rollmark, and rebluing. I've been restoring firearm for 20 years and it takes a lot more elbow grease.

You should try a vintage gun stock finish like brite bore gun stock finish made by mill run on one of these videos

Now, do you break several guns down and record several videos at once so you dont have to make the blueing solution and set up each stage every time you make a video? Id be cranking like 5 out at once because im cheap. Lol
