Any issues with it? It's been almost 12 years. How is the line holding up. I don't generally like these type of setups but yours definitely has a few features I am impressed with. Just one thing. The limit switches don't detect when the door is up or down. They just cut the current in the circuit when a distance is reached. LOL

I guess some lift, and others are sharper to grip the log and dig in to the wood. Yours are rather dull edged but may lift fine. How did they work?

Looks like a rough copy of a Logrite arch albeit less functional. Passing it off as a unique design is disingenuous.

Am I the only one thinking this is a horror movie scene? The lighting. The narrow space. The spooky voice. The chainsaws. Don't go down in the basement.

The strength of the design might be suitable for a log of up to 1.0-1.2 tons but the wheels are for 300 kg for the pair.

Brilliant. Not operated by me for 20 years. Dont ask ! I was dreading emptying the tank (full ) and possibly renwing the lot. I cleaned the filter and bowl and now back on. No wonder the boiler was cutting out. Any way thanks to you I am now ordering new filter, handle etc. One point you did drill the hole in situ did you not ? Well I had to. Lack of grease is the enemy of cousre in all such cases. Regards Gordon

Awesome design. I just have one problem with it. Gasoline has no place that close to food. Even if you can do it without spilling fuel, there will always be exhaust fumes.

Очень интересная конструкция. Но почему не заглушить отверстие вверху вместо постоянного использования болта? Так ведь будет проще.

I am from Canada and bought a tradional pickaroon which has a shorter handle. If you go to www.leevalley.com you find a not only pickaroon, cant hooks and that is necessary to build a log home the traditional way. Is has and many woodworking tools etc. Alibaba’s cave. It’s not a box store. They travel the planet to get the best tool’s or manufacture them if they do not like the specs.

If you're worried about the tires being punctured, I suggest looking into the foam filled tires on the market. They are a great investment - save a lot of hassle and nuisance pumping up wheelbarrow tires and the like. Great video, thank you for sharing.
