I am amazed that you got this close to a bee to tape it in full HD. How did you do it?
@KitchenGuy3 күн бұрын
With my phone (galaxy s9+, the camera was really great) and the bee being rather preoccupied with probably searching for housing.

How does it predate the pizza?
@KitchenGuy10 күн бұрын
Uh the pizza Hawaii, not the actual Pizza. "Sam Panopoulos, a Greek-born Canadian, created the first Hawaiian pizza at the Satellite Restaurant in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Canada, in 1962." And "The invention of Toast Hawaii is generally attributed to the television chef Clemens Wilmenrod, who introduced it in Germany in 1955." Both from Wikipedia.

The scientific reason bumblebees can fly with their undersized wings in proportion to oversized bodies is their wings don't flap up/down but rather a figure-eight sweep.

I like the look of this recipe. Will have to find a beef equivalent of the bacon - I think garlic beef sausage should work. I'm imagining the combo of soft yet firm pasta with the savoury umami of the meat, onions and herbs. Lush.

Eggs and mustard? Sounds good to me. I am already familiar with deviled eggs, so I am prepared to hear more. A little mustard is good in all sorts of things we wouldn't expect. Food from India taught me that. I want to hear another tale, so I am subscribing.

I love mustard, from the Bavarian sweet mustard over French Dijon to the Japanese Karashi! Thanks for subscribing! I think we're doing some pastry with asparagus and Gorgonzola next, might not be for everyone, but the whole videos are for fun anyways. Cheers!

Firstly, may I say your dunking technique was excellent - dunke schoen, shall we say. Secondly, this looks lovely, and I will try to make this myself. That said, I will more likely make scrambled eggs to go with that delicious looking sauce - I prefer soft-boiled eggs normally.
@KitchenGuyАй бұрын
Dunke schön! Yeah, I usually prefer soft boiled eggs as well. The sauce goes well well with fish, cauliflower, roasts and eggs in general, according to my early 80's cooking book.
@youngyoungmcgurn5088Ай бұрын
@@KitchenGuy Excellent - I figured it would go well with fish, for certain. Mustard sauces have a nice, light flavour that works well with it. To be honest, it's a shame that sauces seem to have fallen out of fashion these days with cooking in general. I love that aspect of French cuisine in particular. Good to know that German cuisine has it too.

It's insanely delicious. As a North-German I love Labskaus - but I always eat it without the fish. I like fish, but when it's Labskaus time I just eat a full plate of Labskaus with 2-3 fried eggs. Nothing better on a rainy fall or winter weekend.

If you've got left over Maultaschen (you sure will with these amounts), you can slice them into pieces and fry with some eggs the next day. You can also vacuum pack and freeze them for later.
