I first found Pikamee through clip channels. Specifically, "Pikamee tries to scam her customer but it backfires". Never was much for streaming, so I mainly watched clips and her past stuff on KZfaq. I only watched one stream, and it was her graduation stream. I subbed because there wouldn't be another chance. It was sad, but I always knew she'd find her way back to VTubing. Just not as a Steam Powered Robot girl, which was my prediction/suggestion. Long live the kettle!

I'm glad you included the statement about bad-faith actors trying to turn the weird and unjust harassment over Hogfarts Legacy into an excuse to stir up hate and resentment against trans people in general. As sad as I was about Pikamee being gone for a month and then announcing her graduation, it was still icky as frick to see a few people going, "Never forget what they took from you", or later "what they tried to take from you". Like... who's that helping? Or rather, who are you nutjobs planning to hurt, in place of the actual culprits?

50:15 I believe this tweet came out around the time a rather large group of female Vtubers were chatting about their Spa trip where they, if I recall correctly, were feeling each other up, consensually, and in general enjoying the spa treatment together in little to no attire (as you would in a japanese(?) spa. So I feel that tweet reads as that Yu-Gi-Oh meme “IT SHOULD BE ME, NOT HIM”. Maybe my time lines are messed up, but I swear I read those at similar times 😂

While this guy obviously has some screws loose, I can't help but think this whole side of online communities is just full of weirdos. And I mean weird in the bad sense. A lot of the conversations with the girls make both parties look a bit off; it's just that his derangement is on a (way) higher plane than his conversation partners. It seems like everyone takes themselves way too seriously, while ignoring that they are actually talking to another human being. Two people talking to themselves, more than they talk to each other. Why do these long walls of text, talking about serious interpersonal issues, even exist? If I have a problem with a 'friend,' I talk to them in person or over voice, preferably face-to-face, not through those cringe back-and-forth, almost masturbatory, texts. Those should be reserved for arguments or joking around with random people on the internet, not for actual conflict resolution.

It's painful but not buying the merch isn't going to work, in the end to ruin the feasibility of nijislavery...you have to remove the soldiers so the king will fall...it hurts as they are good people...for the most part...but...they made their choice.
