Excuse me, video games don't build intellect? Do normies really believe video games are all just mindless shooters (because yes, there are in fact tactical shooters as well that require quite a lot of thinking to get even decent at). Similarly anime: it doesn't have to be dumb shonen action stuff (Dragon Ball, Naruto, and their gorier counterparts for adults). Watch Cyberpunk 2077 or Nana (and focus on it, not just binge it) and then cry or be depressed for a week due to how heavy it can be. There's PLENTY of thought provoking series out there. Probably there are more good anime than there are good live action shows nowadays (and that's ignoring modern crap manufactured in the west). It's really refreshing and uplifting listening to you but please, educate yourself on a topic before you dismiss it (can't find a reason to defend pr0n though).

Don't run ten miles every day. High intensity lifting produces the same effect. Running is unnecessary for peak cardiovascular health. Watch Jay Vincent Videos.

this is good info brothers! im here in Spain, and it fine you can live ok with two thousand euros, but you are not going to be living large. and a lot of the western culture from U.S, are seeping in here, women are starting to preach modern women blah blah blah. i already found my wife so i don't have this problem. i came here in 2006. so i had a huge head start. but for all my young brothers out there. i would do as Bo says. He knows whats up. if i could redo my choices i would go to the Philippines, with my Euro i make, Damn. but its the same concept with your dollar. so anyways that just my two cent! good luck all my fellow Brethren.

Good video, one of the most important things to learn in life is that your mind/ego/thoughts are often your biggest adversary. Stop living only in your head, it is hell. As a man stop giving to much attention to what others have to say, filter who you listen to and never forget that everybody has only a little puzzle piece of the whole picture and one mans truth does not have to be your truth aswell. Listen and reflect on the good parts of wisdom/advices of genuine man, who give bro advice or the missing father/son relationship advices many lack, discard the rest which doesn't resonate with you at all.

I went cold turkey on porn, when I realized w How much I got laid in southeast Asia and trust me they threw themselves on me didn't even have to try, and yes I took them out and had a great time but at the end the end of the night it was a done deal and they pushed themselves on me not the other way around and that's when I realized what being treated as a man feels like in the west I was just a hard working guy that's it but I'm sexy as fuck at 5'6 tan skin yes I hold myself in high regards and in great shape naturally point I'm making is hold yourself in high standards think highly of yourself

I think men need to get burned to learn anyway so you how to approach the next one, you know how bad I want to tell the women I'm with how special she is to me I hold that back and keep it to myself, but it's the best way to keep a relationship hold back become the adored not the adora shout out to psych hack

fascinating story! lessons I took out of this: 1. don't start a business on credit cards!! 2. do not blow your first earnings on porsches! 3. your upside with uour own business is limitless 4. college -> job -> marriage + kids is meh. build yourself 5. that rock-bottom can be a blessing in disguise

Yeah that's what I like about TRP it offers a solution to maximize value out of your life even if things didn't go the way you want them to. Black pill locks you into a state of depression where you can't break free and end up wasting your life. I've been doing extensive research about the passport bro movement and all the statistics behind it and it offers the solution I'm looking for. I'm black pilled on America but looking at opportunities overseas makes me excited to escape. Depending on where you choose you can have lower taxes, safer communities, higher quality of life and at that point better women are just a bonus.

I like to see other points of you and I must tell you that I disagree with yours in fact I disagree a lot because the other red pill channels or some red pill channels like you said in fact they present us facts with videos and images that proof the point what I mean is that those red pill guys are not black pill guys they are in fact the most real guys that show us the real deal like it is life today so that being said and English is not my first language all I can say is that I disagree but I'm going to see other videos of you so I can tell for myself properly what I think.

It's honestly crazy how bad some of these other channels are, I found one, watched his content and this dude made a 15 min vid where he legit spent damn near 10 mins of him going on and on and on about how he has a natural "flow" of his content. Like C'mon get your shit together! damn.

I love hearing the brutally honest truth. I’m 24, and I got sober 11 months ago after screwing off 6 years of my life, have been going to the gym for 2 years but really locked in going 6-7 days a week in the last 6 months or so, have been eating a lot better, stopped drinking anything other than water, and got my drivers license in august of last year (late I know). My next step is figuring out what to do for work/ a career. I want to start a business but I don’t know what to start. I’ve been learning about finance and investing since 2020 so that will help once I get things going but I’m still lost. I’m just grateful I’ve made these changes at this age rather than wait even longer because even at 24 it feels like Its too late/ extremely behind “everyone” else but I’m not giving up

this is why I like your channel. Yes, there are problems with relationships and society as a whole, but checking out is not the solution. And Men also need to take accountability. Select your woman carefully, and otherwise live a full life. And most importantly, find what challenges you and makes you happy.

This is f*cking amazing and motivational video. It is sad that it has so many views. I wish youtube algorithms push these kind of videos more. It would be useful to have some prefference sliders to prioritize educational/motivational videos, because most people consuming entertainment type of videos. Bit for me for example it would be better to have 70% educational and 30% entertainment

Young men should date and better themselves. Just don't get married and don't cohabitate. Stay away from the "Muh Jesus" crowd, they are a cancer. Faith should be a personal thing. People talking about their faith is a BIG red flag. Never go near men or women talking about childhood trauma. The couch sitting psychologists talking about childhood traumas are the ones who will lead you down a life destroying path. Understand the sovereign philosophy of MGTOW , just don't fall into the destructive rabbit hole some in that community go down. Listen to the message about bettering yourself everyday. Be familiar with stoic philosophy. I'll leave the personal development path choice up to you.

I agree with almost everything, but I'd debate the video games point. As you age you naturally become pickier, and playing games endlessly IS damaging. On the other hand, it's just fun to enjoy a decent game now and then, provided you're mindful not to get too sucked in. I don't think whipping yourself every hour of the day to be more productive is going to produce a well-developed and well-adjusted human being either.

Really enjoying this type of long form vlog, Bo. You have a lot of life experience with business, travel and self improvement that are refreshing to hear. These types of videos bring the focus back to improving yourself (rather than having a victim mindset) and the delivery is like listening to advice from your older brother while you’re taking a ride in the car. Thanks for setting up the community and the Spartan Challenge, brother.
