The client is great. Please add a real dialer with BLF keys. The dialer should be opened in a separate window. You have already built an add-on in your Chrome web client. We also need this for the desktop client

Depending on how long you are going to be on that call, the person calling you might have to leave their desk. So, why not design the phone (Busy Camp-on) system to roll over to the person's mobile phone if they don't pick up after 2 rings? This way, you're not playing musical chairs.
