Hey man sorry to hear about your problems. I have the exact same problems I’ve spent the last few years trying to figures out what’s wrong with me from what you told me I’m pretty sure you got ehlers danlos syndrome. dysautonomia ,pots and gastroparesis and bone/joint problems not healing and hurting are all apart of it. If not I got a few other idea of what it could be hope you figure this out!

Oh on.. you have really been through a lot! so sorry to hear that you have to go through all these ordeal at such a young age! :( Thank you for making this video to create more awareness about gastroparesis. This video showed up because my mum is also suffering from this and the keyword gastroparesis is in my video search history. I'd just like to share some stuff that i've learned from journeying with my mum through her condition: Firstly about food not being digested, do check out videos from Dr Eric Berg about low stomach acid. What you can do is to take betaine Hcl supplement and apple cider vinegar. Gastroparesis is mainly about the pyloric sphincter not opening and that's why gastric is not emptying. Today only i've read about stomach acidity affecting pyloric sphincter relaxation or opening, so increasing stomach acid is definitely the first thing you can look into. Secondly, the contractions of the stomach and intestines or gut motility will affect the opening and closing of the pyloric sphincter. When my mum was on this prokinetic drug, metoclopramide, her days were more bearable comparatively. However, it is best not to take this drug on a long term basis. Also there is natural prokinetic alternative like ginger. Next thing, the pyloric sphincter, and gut motility also, is all controlled by the vagus nerve. So i'm shifting focus now to the nerves. You can check out videos from the same channel on electrolytes and hydration. Only lately did i learn about the importance of magnesium and that it affects both muscle and nerves. So you can try look for some magnesium supplementation. Another thing is to also check out vitamin B1 (thiamine) deficiency videos from EONutrition which is also linked to the parasympathetic nervous system (vagus nerve). Finally, you can try out certain hacks to the parasympathetic nervous system like deep breathing, mouth gargling, massage, etc. Last of the last, I have came across this video about a pyloric stent procedure that will cause the pyloric sphincter to stay opened always. Something for your consideration, but i haven't look too much into it and not sure if it's reversible. Hope any of the tips can be of help to you, and do keep uploading videos and keep us posted on how you are doing with your journey. God bless!

@@Madzillawon yea this condition is really a big stuggle to deal with.. just to share a new stuff that i learnt is digestive bitters (or astringent herbs), these can stimulate gut motility and also acid secretion. Also, check out this video on top 10 ways to really stimulate your vagus nerve by Dr. DiNezza, i find she has a very good approach. i believe you can win it 💪

hey buddy. Your symptoms sound similar to mine so let me tell you my story and what helped me and may work for you. To make this short, I had something called heliobacter pylori infection. It started from drinking some milk tea one day. This put me on a triple antibiotic treatment. After the pylori infection was gone, the antibiotics essentially killed and flipped my microbiome upside down which caused a whole host of gastrointestinal issues that is similar to what yours are. I lost 25 pounds which are from working out. Hands became cold and my body is more susceptible to being cold. Stomach hurts like you got punched in the gut. Vomiting, early satiation. etc. I had to go to ER when my stomach kept hurting for hours without ceasing only for it to be transient and disappear as soon as they gave me an antacid or antifreeze. Couldn't work out because of stomach pain. Felt like injuries took longer to heal. Basically, what I realized is if you have gastric problems, all the symptoms tend to be similar. I got the tube down my throat with zero results but I am surprised they got you on miralax which is a stool softener. You usually take that if your getting a colonoscopy or you have an anal fissure. Its makes your stool soft and suppose to clean out the intestines so they can stick a tube up your bum and its clear in there. But a tube down your throat does not need miralax if their just looking at your stomach. anyways, in conclusion, the doctors were never able to figure out what it is. They just diagnosed me with having dyspepsia symptoms which is an umbrella term for stomach problems and they have no idea what it is. At least you had a diagnosis. Somehow I feel like I got leaky gut and all these toxins in my intestines were causing fatigue or injuries to not heal as quick. I've tried a lot. Whether it'd be acid blockers to probiotics. All the way to anti depressants. To changing my diet. In the end, I realized that it doesn't matter how many of these tests I do or how many times I went to the doctors, what they will give you will not solve the issue and may even make it worse. Such as getting addicted to acid blockers. Medication is what caused my issues so it isn't going to cure it. As soon as i got told i had dyspepsia symptoms, I knew going to the doctors was over. So what did I do? Well, a coworker of mine also had similar symptoms and was going to a naturopath. Rather than treating you with medication, they try the natural route and I got recommended to L-glutamine powder. Its an amino acid and the powder is a supplement like protein and is essential for gut healing. This is the one I got. Its got a cup inside that is 5g. Mix it with 1 cup of water and drink it 2 or 3 times. Morning, night or 30 minutes before/after a meal. www.amazon.ca/AOR-l-glutamine-250-g-powder/dp/B00CORMMHG/ref=asc_df_B00CORMMHG/?tag=googleshopc0c-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=578808490449&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=12060680917640326498&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9001551&hvtargid=pla-1663297879159&psc=1 Point is, I call this magic powder because it has really helped strengthen my gut. Of all the things I tried, this was the one that helped. It resolved issues such as diarrhea and intenstinal pain. The effects of l glutamine was instant for me. It reduced a lot of the symptoms I had with my stomach. Am I perfect. No. But was it able to manage a lot of the symptoms. Yes. So try it out. Your already living with problems for 10 years. It isn't going to hurt to try and it is an amino acid your body naturally absorbs. tldr: 2 things that seem to work more than it does not. Good sleep. Sleep early before 12 and L glutamine powder 2-3 times a day.

Wow your story is definitely similar to mine. I’m sorry you had to go through that as well. Thank you for sharing your story it means a lot to me. They said the miralax would help my stools move better since it was getting backed up inside me often. I will definitely try that powder I’ve never seen that. Maybe it will help more too. I’m glad it’s working for you too. Thank you again! Contact me if you need anything!
