The Belgian Pro League is a joke. Now to make it perfectly clear, im no supporter of any of the teams in the top 6 but the playoffs are unfair and only benefits the clubs that USED to be the best of the country ( ever since Union joined the top of the league, they all struggle to keep the " little " club down ). Its also a known thing among all the other clubs in Belgium that the playoffs only keep existing because the 2 clubs that have DEEP roots into the Royal Belgian Football Association ( RBFA ) want to keep it. It's basically competition tempering but we don't talk to loud about that so the G6 isn't but hurt to much.

This year it was especially unfair for many reasons: - Club Brugge was terrible during the regular season. It was embarassing. They were good in Europe though and they were very good during the play offs. - Union was outstanding during the whole year, in Belgium and in Europe. They just had a terrible moment at the beginning of the play offs and lost three games. - Bruges got the advantage by the halving of points and a very questionnable decision from the ref in the very last game. Therefore they ended with just one point more than Union. The difference was so small and the last match was so controversial, that in the end their victory felt hollow. Union is always the underdog. They are a small team, but they punch incredibly above theri weight in Belgoium and Europe. They earned the title three years in a row and never got it. This year wa the most unfair. Brugge is the club with the larges budget. They should normally easily win and this year they were so bad that they didn't earn it. Now they somehow got a big recompense fot this disappointing season and they will be able to financially reinforce themselves further in order to ironically make the competition less fair. That's the reason why we need BS rules to make things more competitive.

European tickets in general are kinda wild in Belgium. There are 5 teams that get to play European football in total. 1) The winner of the cup is guaranteed European Football 2) The winner of the regular league (first 30 games before playoffs) is also guaranteed European Football 3) The champion after playoffs is guaranteed European football 4) The second place after playoffs is guaranteed European football If any team manages to get multiple of these European tickets (like USG who won the cup, finished first in the regular season and finished second after playoffs, securing 3 tickets total) then the lowest value European tickets will trickle down to the other teams in playoff 1 in order that they finished. 5) the winner of the last ticket for European football will be decided in a game between the winner of playoff 2 and the highest placed team from playoff 1 that hasn't secured a ticket in other ways yet (in this case that was 5th place Genk after 3rd and 4th place got the 'extra' tickets that USG managed to acquire). If you lose the cup then its tough luck, in the past you used to be able to get European football if the winner got a better ticket in the competition but under the current system its all or nothing in the cup final.

I started playing fifa last year, because it was free on the ps+ store. Despite all the issues the game have, as long you play offline, It doesn’t bother me. But damn is the match making bad. First game, me gold vs a full tots and icons team, oke can happen. I do some some sbc, get my team kinda „good“. I mean, ea sees how many hour i spend in the game. First of all, why you all in Division 10? I mean I can try getting better, but kinda killing the fun, when the first two months is, getting somehow decent because u keep loosing at other players farm you. But sometimes you get lucky, and win one. The highest I go was Division 7. But this year is just horsecrap, I‘m not a good player, but u cant tell me, their no 8 year old I can’t farm?

It's indeed a good league, the only problem is Bayern. You can't have a team winning eleven titles in a row and call it a competitive league. Yeah, the league is not only about the title, but the title is the most important thing. And there is the problem of Bayern stealing every good player from the other title contenders so they can still winning it all. In conclusion, if it was not for Bayern this could be the best league in the world. Yet Bundesliga is entertaining and I hope it continous to grow.
