This looks delicious, I only have small banana peppers & hamburger meat at the moment, & cheese. So I'm off to my pantry to spice it up & make a little sauce for over the top & pan. @ cook @ 400 It ought to be done right about supper time ❤

Thank you! Thank you! I actually have about 8 brats thawed and was wondering how I would cook them…Air Fryer or Instant Pot…I’ve done it both ways successfully but since I have the peppers needing to be cooked, this is it! Can I say I love you?😊Our minds think alike from using water to rinse out the can and using a rubber spatula …I’m 78 and I still remember my home ec classes and teachers fondly…plus my Mom assuring that all of us kids learned to cook…keep them coming , more people need your wisdom and tidbits

Yes I like Pints much better. I hate having to go BUY more paste tomatoes after I've spent time and energy growing them !
@JustGettingAlong10 ай бұрын
Enjoyed watching this, but I need a recipe that's more 'small batch" 12 lbs of tomatoes is a lot for us !!! I grow 28-32 tomato plants every year, grown from seed. Sell to markets, give to friends, save some for family, but I've never had 12 lbs for the family here. Is there a small batch reciple for water bath canning? Where you could get it in winter and just add the ground beef to it?
@roseslifelessons700710 ай бұрын
12 pounds is one peck. If I’m doing this work I’m getting enough for more than 1 quart. This year I did all pints so we can have chili more than once a month if we choose.

I know this video isn't about "Whipped Cream" Per se however, I LoVVVVe making homemade whip cream & dispensing it from my stainless steel Whip cream dispenser. And, its so-ooo yummy.... Everyone who's ever tried mine the first taste always stops them dead in their tracks & after that they cannot get enough! Then the questions come rolling in... "Omg how did you make it, what's in it?!" I giggle & say it's so-ooo easy, simple, just a few ingredients, you know what's in it! And, without all of the preservatives (& all of the ingredients you can't say not to mention, don't know what they all are lol). I like mine extra Vanilla-Y! 🍦 & only use the good stuff, never use cheap or imatation vanilla!! 😉 & a couple other tweaks I put in.🍶 I was very intrigued when I stumbled across your video & I was thinking firstly I am definitely going to try this, but my mind also is thinking of all the variations of different flavors etc. (Banana 🍌 first came to mind!) This will be a fun experiment when my Grand children come this summer! Summer 🌞💖 I also have the kitchenaid ice-cream (bowl) maker 🍧🍦 attachment. (as well as several other attachments that are still brand new in their boxes, never used! Ugh.. I'm terrible! Lmao) I've had it now for 3+ yrs & as soon as it arrived I opened, cleaned & put it in the freezer ready to use & lol I haven't ever used it! Omgoodness would you believe that?! I am going to subscribe to your videos just so I can be updated on your upcoming videos! 👍😊 Thank you! & God Bless you & your family❣️🤗

Thank you! But what was the temperature of the pressure cook? My machine has medium and a high setting. You didn’t mention the degrees. Scrolling through the comments, and I’m not sure how they’re successful without knowing the temp! Please help. Would love to make this. Thanks again for sharing!

Just a little hint for stuffing... Cut a small pc off the small end of the pepper.... It allows you to to get the rest of the guts out and makes stuffing then much easier as you will not have any air in the pepper... 👍👍😉
