@MericaBack2backWWChampions3 күн бұрын
it changes your pedal curve, that is all and it works great for that.
@ponchsbmw28523 күн бұрын
Don’t you need rods and pistons at that level
@austinjones94572 күн бұрын
From everything I've researched up your ganna want to
@ryanderrick6562 күн бұрын
It 100% depends on if you have a Gen 2 or Gen 3 setup. On a gen 3 rods and pistons are recommended, the gen 2 doesn't need rods and pistons.

Would it be the same on an LE5 (forged)? Everything you mentioned besides the injectors can be fitted on that engine.

would love to see a Path to 400HP in a 3800 (supercharged) and a turbo setup as well! mainly because i want to see whats the most efficent way to reach 400HP that can keep up with modern muscle cars. (thats what most people drive here in Omaha.)
@EthanMedia2 күн бұрын
It'd be turbo efficiency wise I'd imagine
@tonykickerkomp16533 күн бұрын
Going to need stiffer mounts than the rubber ones that make the engine buck harder than a 12-pointer.

Nice video but my question is where did the coil cover from??? Does ZZP make one for the LSJ??
@gbrunner245 күн бұрын
I got it from Jeffrey Reiland, he makes a few different styles of them. Unfortunately, we do not currently make one like that, although I've been trying to do some convincing.

from what horsepower and above should I forge my engine on 1.4 turbo Gen 1?
@ZZPerformanceChannel5 күн бұрын
The stock engine is very stout, and we've made over 300whp on one. It's around that mark that we would recommend looking into forging the engine.

i just rebuilt my supercharger at the start of the month and i noticed today that is appears to be leaking oil so im going to crack it open and reseal it, with the loctite 518 how long should i wait before reinstalling on the car for use
@gbrunner245 күн бұрын
Loctite's recommendation for cure is 4 hours, but I usually wait at least overnight before getting the engine back up to temp.

Is the 3.8” pulley already in the best efficiency range for a stock motor? I want to focus on suspension for now and just have an intake setup and maybe some exhaust work in the future but I want to know what pulley size would work for me
