FAST makes some nice flow formed wheels, pretty light weight, I order them from a store in Windsor, Canada, and pick them up (with $16 in bridge tolls, $4 per wheel). Not many distributors in the US, so it's less expensive if you just go get them yourselves lol.

The nicest OEM 20 inch wheels i believe will fit the Chevy Cobalt SS is the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, Wheel size: 20x8.5, Style: 5 Y Spoke, Bolt pattern: 5-110, Offset: 31mm, Hub bore: 65.1, with some quality low profile rubber an the big brake kit... i think would look Phenomenal! I'd love to see some pictures if anyone has tried this yet?? Lol 😂

teslas earlier wheels were 110mm aswell and without the hubcaps they look great

I'm running stock aluminum dual-5 spoke GM wheels, but then again I also own a Ryan triggering j-body car( Sunfire) 🤣🤣🤣

I'm surprised it wasn't mentioned how 99% sonics/cruzes wheel options from most retailers are sketchy reps with only a very small handful of real wheels that are the ugly multilugs. If you want any real selection of decent aftermarket wheels that fit without sketchy adapters, you're looking at custom jobs for $$$$$ which is really difficult to justify on an econobox. Unless you can get lucky and find a used set that someone had custom made back in the day, it's slim pickings for us 5x105 folks.

Hey Vince! Owning a Sonic myself (along with a few more of our platform cars), I don't disagree that finding wheels in our 5x105 pattern can certainly be a chore. That being said, I find it to be even more fun to hunt down proper wheels in a very rare lug pattern. I have two sets I run on my Sonic currently, a set of OZ HLT Formulas in 5x105 for spirited driving and a set of Rotiform RSEs that I use for car shows and whatnot when I don't want to drive around on 200tw tires. I even have a fun set of 5x105 Sparco Assetto Garas that I run on my winter car, a 2013 Buick Encore. Just gotta keep your eyes peeled for them on the secondhand market. Thats part of the fun for me, finding rare parts for our cars! Who knows, there might be a company out there working on a solution for these issues right now!

@randyobrien5646 Randy! Thanks for the reply! I just know how frustrating it can get when you want wheels asap because you just bought the car, and you're already sick of looking at those stock wheels, but you don't wanna settle for sketchy product! But on the flip side, I absolutely understand being patient and enjoying the thrill of the hunt. There's quite a few different aftermarket wheels I've seen on other people's Sonics that I'd love to have, so I keep the groups/marketplace open, and my eyes peeled as well. Now, if there *were* a company working on the issue right now, I'm sure the 5x105 community would absolutely be excited for an opportunity to upgrade to something better made and more available. People love paying for convenience, and there's definitely a hole in the market to be filled at the mid-level.
