The dlc isn't that hard if your skills match the bosses. Being able to time your dodges and your poise breaks are essential

Elden Ring is my first soulslike game. I failed and gave up a few times throughout the way. Finally I learned to play but it's still hard at times even while using phantoms and taker's flames. Then I played DS3 and each boss took me 1-5 tries without any fantoms... DS3 is like a mini-game comparing to ER. I didn't even search for walkthroughs or builds. I just made some long sword +10 and it was enough to make the game extra easy.

I beat dancing lion first try but only cause I used the summon outside his arena and a +10 mimic summon lol

You fighting Soul of Cinder without any of the context of Dark Souls 1 makes my heart bleed </3 As it is far more of an emotional thing when you fight him when you had previously fought the final boss of DS1. Especially when you hear the *Pling Plang Plong* Piano notes. Since it is a remix of Gwyn's old theme from DS1. But I still loved watching you play none the less. Hope you play DS1 :3 going to go eatch your Bloodborne playthrough now!

You know, spirit ashes help a lot, their not a handicap or "easy mode" but rather a core mechanic that the devs fully expect the players to be utilizing, with much of the game and bosses being designed around the idea of the player using spirit summons, there's a reason why the DLC let's you upgrade and enhance your spirits beyond their normal limits of the base game, by not using Spirit Ashes, you're simultaneously denying the game of the way it's meant to be played and shooting your self in the foot Seriously, people who say that you shouldn't use spirit ashes are basically saying you're bad for playing the game the way the developers intended

took me like 3 solid hours, but an extra 2 of sitting there contemplating if a optional boss is worth it.

I love playing hard games, believe me, Grandmaster mode with a special perk (bottom right of the perk board) makes it seem so realistic and challenging, I can’t get enough of the GM mode!!!

The moon attack she does towards the end, one moon will drop to the ground, then the second moon, then Rellana herself. You’ve got to time your jump to right before they land on the ground.

Flo I used get to worked up like you, but at this point I've just concluded the "make cheap enemy to induce rage" shtick is old.. i'll try the boss a few times and if it's as lame as these first two bosses, I just use Tiche and move on. Not worth the aggravation. my 2 cents

Relanna was hard for me as well. Her attacks are insanely fast and Malenia like. It helped for me to find more Scadurtree Fragments and use my Mimic Tear and spam spells to beat her. She's also an optional boss and there's a secret shortcut to get to the area after you beat her. There should also be a summon before you enter the fight that could help as well.

I fought that beast mfer today, ly controller's inner parts are shaking a bit. AND HE'S STILL ALIVE
