For those wondering, this was from June 12, 2001. I did some research by searching the NWS Warning database. A Tornado Warning from 6/12/01 matched the times and locations mentioned in this warning. I also cross-referenced it with the Menopausal Tours referenced in the ad that was playing during the alert, and found that those tours were indeed also being promoted in the summer of 2001.
