I wish you had an Etsy shop where you sold individual patterns I made this pattern off of your KZfaq and I love it and I would love to have it in written form but I'm not really into the southwestern style so I don't want to buy you a book sorry but love love love the basket

I hack for getting Chicago screws to stay secure: Get them with longer posts and add either a metal washer or button of the strap material on the inside of the bag. LOVE this project!!

I just finished my tote and I love it. I must say I learned a lot and I noticed I missed a loop here and there but all in all it turned out beautiful. I wish I could post a picture because the mix of yarns turned out great. Thank you for your wonderful instructions.

I have not done any crochet for over 30 years, but I have just ordered yarn and a whole set of new crochet needles because they now have nice thick handles for arthritic fingers like mine. I am legally bind but have enough vision to do this. I had to give up my beloved sewing, and need a creative outlet so much. I love big baskets, so this project is going to be my return to fiber arts and for that, I can’t thank you enough for sharing your talent and expertise. BIG thank you for this tutorial. The instructions are very clear. Looking forward to ordering your book. I love the idea of using the scraps/mixed colors, and my first basket turned out beautiful and the second is shaping up to be equally beautiful!! ..WARNING though, this is addictive : ). I have the faux leather on order. I did finish off the top row of the first basket with a dark green single color slip stitch (2 strands 4 wt yarn) for my green themed basket. It really polishes up the look. Peace 😊
