Very odd, I cannot leave a like on this video. Even reloaded the page. Usually see this on political channels but it could just be some temporary bug ofc(mist likely)

After a destructive ankle sprain damaging 4 ligaments and tendons, I have done all conservative asks of me including immobilization and extensive and continuous PT of the course of 10 months. My Doctor has advised me that the fluid/swelling around my tendon can be just as destructive over time as getting repetitive shots or accidentally hitting the tendon itself while injecting. He will used ultrasound guidance to ensure to only inject where needed. Though the effect can be temporary, these shots can help some people rehab effectively to where it otherwise would simply be too painful to do so and in those cases it can be a one and done event. I look forward to getting mine and hope it puts me to the finish line for recovery.

Question. Is this the reason when I go from the catcher position to standing I get an incredibly sharp pain in what I thought was my groin area? It only happens when I crouch down. Never walking, climbing, etc.
@SolvingPainWithStrength3 күн бұрын
Hard to say without an exam. Could be this. Could be hip impingement. Could be a lot of things. I recommend getting it checked out.

These are meant to be included into your strength program. Pick 2-3 at your ability level (not all 10) and progress from there.

It sounds like you recommend small step ups before split squats or reverse lunges if you have knee issues. My right knee tends to cave in with single leg exercises and I tweak it as a result. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for the great video!
@SolvingPainWithStrength7 күн бұрын
Knees tend to cave in when glute med is weak. You could start there. Toe Taps is the next regression from step up. Single leg bridge if you want to do on floor. Good luck! 💪🏻

Looks like a step up, would that be a way to load it?

It could work. You would need to add resistance to the hip flexion portion of a step up.
