I've seen plenty of family campers with little bits and pieces somewhat similar to this Ozark model but never arranged in quite this fashion. First of all that flip-up bunk system is just awesome and allows for incredible flex-function use beyond being "just a bunkhouse." The taller ceiling and private king bedrooms in this size range are also incredibly uncommon finds!

I love that you can use just the BOTTOM bunk. That's great for adult guests if you put a nice mattress on it. Yes, they have to crawl into it, but not up to it with limited head space.

Exactly, in fact, I wish that those were available to retro fit into something similar. My brother in law just got one that needs them and I'm sure that he would love to eliminate the top bunk for storage. Pat

Yes, RV space is worth its size in gold. Why they make decisions for the customer that “THIS ROOM” will be for kids only, a bunk room only. Let us make that decision!

For our tandem bicycle lifestyle, this is by far, the best option I’ve seen yet - including toy haulers!!!! Lots of storage, which toy haulers don’t have. Lot’s of seating which toy haulers don’t have, the “mud room” seat is awesome, which toy haulers don’t have. This one could be the proverbial “straw” that broke my hotel loving “camel” back!

That's the best cargo/bunk system I've seen outside of the Ember MSL e-track set-up. I believe Ember's design (with the side and rear cargo door access) is still the best, but this is SO MUCH better than most models that have a rear door and only a hinged bottom bunk to allow for limited slide in cargo. I would like to see a screen door on this unit's rear cargo door so that you could leave the rear door open and get a thru breeze...but without an influx of bugs I also LOVE the fact that the CCC is 35% of the GVW. RV mfgs need to target minimum CCCs of 25%-35% of GVW in all travel trailers! In fact, it's one of the few things that Ember could do better, especially in their Overland Series.

Absolutely love the fold away bunks! I'm nearly at the end of needing a bunkhouse. This would allow an upgrade and then evolve into a couples coach.

Like it! Love the colors! My favorite part of this floor plan is the king bedroom. Love all of the huge windows. Love how big kitchen is for how small the rv is. The bath is nice as well. Wish it had black out Shad’s and a better toilet. Have a good day!

😎 They kinda missed something on the TV, I don’t mind at all that they gave us the option of buying any TV we want, I just wish they had put it ON a cabinet with storage behind it. I also love they didn’t put the TV in a box. TV’s die, ever tried to find a TV you WANT to fit a specific sized box? It is harder than you might think! ❤ The folding bunks‼️ 💙 The coat and shoe sitting bench by the door is awesome as well! Does this come in Azdel? 🥰

Looks like a good spot for folding electric bike would need outside storage door opening measurement for the bunks. maybe you should add that.

Three things….. I agree that roadside access sucks. It needs theater seating instead of that dinette thing. The kitchen outside needs water 🤷♂️. Ember still has it beat in my opinion.

Love the hight like the layout love the versatility in the bunk area and the dinette only change I would like is where the bench is with overhead storage just go floor to ceiling with those cabinets

Just like the ladder mounts. They get it free and install it. Manufacture can now supply you with the correct mount for your TV.

1) 😂😂😂 You goofed there goofball. Bo Duke did the slide across the Dodge Charger General Lee. Magnum P.I. drove a Ferrari not a Corvette 😂. 2) Be careful backing up, you don’t want to screw yourself up the backside. May not feel very pleasant 😂. 3) One thing that I’ve noticed with many manufacturers; they put the griddles in a spot next to the fridge that makes it a little dangerous getting into the fridge. Do they want you to slide your griddle with the food cooking away to safely access the fridge? Seems like a design flaw that they should address better somehow to me. 4). Nothing wrong with bad dad jokes. Later on you’ll get to have grandpa jokes. 5) Another great job Uncle Josh. 🤓

If you need to lock boxes into place so they don't shift at harbor freight they have the shower handle that suction cup to the wall will suck to the floor as well

The table confuses me and would have to go. Having a pole in the middle of a seat preventing you from sitting down down there seems like a seriously illogical idea. I'd like to hear the designers thought process for putting a pole in that specific location. I'd mount a slim profile big screen tv on the wall where the coat hangers and bench is. Run some bolts thru the wall with some support plates on the bedroom side and voila, nice easy to see tv. The bunkhouse config is top notch. That table mounting pole, I dunno, it makes no sense. I really like the fold-away bunks. I actually like the tv mount although I'd rather have more kitchen storage instead of space for a tv(very much a personal preference). I'm not excited about the lack of a propane oven and I wish road mode could be better. I suppose I could send The Husband through the cargo door to put groceries away in the Kroger parking lot though. The bedroom is the biggest deal breaker for me in this rig though. I don't think I could walk around that bed, The Husband and I don't need a king bed anyway... That over-the-bed storage is just decorative as far as I'm concerned. I'm 5'2" and even if I could reach that storage, without something to keep it open trying to use it would probably result in at least one broken finger. The only thing I do like in the bedroom is the cargo access door in the side stand, that would be a great place to put a laundry basket after setting up at the campsite.

I would much prefer a residential sofa “option” for that uncomfortable “Denny’s” diner booth dinette for cold rainy days💥and that cheap plastic toilet and Dollar Store 4” fart fan will definitely take a beating in this family camper😂

Some nice stuff in this unit, but it doesn’t make me get very excited. The layout is just off putting for me. But I really like the four away/removable bunks in the back with the rear cargo door and floor rings. I prefer the Wildwood FSX 266BHLE you reviewed a couple of days ago much better overall. Take the rear bunk/door configuration and offer it as an option in the wildwood FSX 266BHLE and it becomes something really special.

The folding bunks would be perfect if we could folt the top bunk in half as a shelf. The fold down bottom bunk leaves an awesome dog house! Not liking the giant cavity; should be partitioned and should remove the boards that drop into the storage. Only partially pass through. As tight as that bedroom is I'd rather see it wide open with no wall (no grandkids for me, just pups). And that TV-less mount seems wishy washy. Either put a TV or put a cabinet... Pick a lane! 😁. But a good layout.

I wonder if they could build this without the bunks at all leave it as a garage/multi function space? It is big enough for bikes, a kennel, workout equipment (yoga mat, resistance bands, a couple kettle bells) or a office.

Do you know any other TT or 5th's (Under 30ft) that have a bunk room like this? I've viewed about 1000 floorplans and watched video after video trying to find bunk rooms with removeable bunks that allow for an office to be there instead without a major conversion. The only drawback on this one is the dinette instead of theater seating! No Murphy, Removeable Bunks, Theater Seating, Under 30ft seems to be a unicorn.

IMHO, they shouldn't put a TV mount if they aren't putting a TV in. Appears to be forcing a separate purchase.

If they put a tv in from factory, its gonna add to the camper cost, so you're paying for it regardless. They'll also put in a 24" tv because its cheaper, and I'd want a 36", so I'm gonna have to buy a different one anyway. Thus an additional expense. I'd rather have the mounting done and let me but the tv I want. Just my opinion.

Sorry Josh there was no comment box on my phone for this one and it's happened on several others as well, so I found if I find a comment that I can add to then I can leave a comment and speaking of that I not a fan of bunk houses but o really love that both bunks raise up. And the counter eating area it nice not as happy with the dinette but I can live it since it moves outta the way. I wish the shower was a bit bigger and I could do with a smaller bed, king is too big for me to change sheets and flip every 6 months. I'd also like to see struts on the overhead cabnits. I don't like wide open underbed storage. I don't want dirty outside gear mixed with clothing and/or bedding under the bed.
