For a healthier option, steaming kibbeh might be a good idea. But have to cook dough a little before stuffing. Then steam.

Great recipe Gasia, but you should curl the fingers on the hand holding the onion inwards. I've cut into my nail and had to get it removed at the hospital - wasn't fun!
