No shame in being invested in a hobby just to paint the models. I've never played a game of AOS either but I'd consider myself a member of the hobby and I'm sure my wallet would agree. :)

8:35 no worries, I am sure this channel is full of hobbyists that don't play much if at all. I myself played a lot of Fantasy in the past, but just the 1 game of AoS.

I have seen a lot of people struggle with thin plastic cement because they try to use it like superglue with a dot on each side and then press. This way is very simple and ensures a fully melted contact point across the entire seam; especially with GW plastic models that typically fit pretty snugly together.

Can I paint more acrylic over the oil wash without issue? Thanks for the amazing content Richard
@demonrich4 күн бұрын
You should be fine, just be careful that the oil wash was very thin. Oil takes a lot longer to dry than acrylic and will cause cracking on the acrylic if the acrylic is on top. A very thin wash shouldn't cause an issue though.

You can if you want, for weathering, but be very careful as they're so small that it's easy to obscure them.
