@@NMDHAKAD Yes it is too short. There is a lot of mud splash during monsoons. It is better to install a Honda H'ness mudguard. It is very good in preventing mud splash. Costs around Rs.2500/- I guess.

@@abhishekkondu Hi. Apko accessories mein sirf mirrors compulsory and crash guards compulsory hai. Baaki accessories optional hai. Apko extended warranty and roadside assistance optional hai. I will make a video about it tomorrow. Road tax and insurance will be compulsory for a new bike. I will make a video tomorrow or by Monday.

Hi. It is a bit effective in preventing mud from reaching our legs and feet but not completely effective. I personally advise you to install a mudguard of Honda H'ness (grey colour) one to avoid mud splash completely. It is somewhere around Rs.1900/- with fitting.

I feel it is a terrific value for money motorcycle as it directly carries the engine of Dominar 400 and comes with a wider range of features than Dominar. The service and maintenance costs of the Pulsar NS 400 will be affordable. The weight is 174 kg, which is perfect for a 400cc bike (neither light or very heavy). Overall, I feel it is a good bike for the city and highways (even long distance touring) 🙂

@@abhikachieverofdailygoals1621 Yes I remember. I personally suggest you to go with Honda or Yamaha as Bajaj Dominar seems to have few issues regarding engine heads. Many owners are facing this in the long term ownership. Better stick to Honda CB350RS or Yamaha R15 V4. Both are amazing bikes. But if you still want to go with a powerful bike, stick to the NS400. It is around 2.2 lakh onroad I guess. Always get it serviced at Bajaj showroom to avail benefits of warranty if anything goes wrong.

The E20 compliant Honda H'ness was available since 2023 itself. I believe Honda has improved the paint quality based on a few customer complaints. The bike is sold in the same colours as 2023.

1. It is happening with other makes bikes too but not getting addressed. This time engine is not mounted on the chassis like Himalayan 411, instead engine become the structural part (Strengthen the chassis) hence the loose engine from the chassis leads to the chassis failure. 2. The chassis is designed with enough safety factor in order to withstand the crash conditions. Hence failure of Chassis in normal conditions were never possible. Chances of few QC flaws during the mass production are there. 3. Don't be much judgmental at this stage, be patient and wait for the details and evidences. This was a problem with the Himalayan 411. Over 50+ owners faced the breaks even when they were riding in the city. Never happened with other models of any company. So why would there be a loose chassis? Isn't it the fault of the manufacturer? It's always better to stay away from these bikes.

The aftermarket crash guards can never be loosened as they too have a tight fit. There are numerous bikes in the market which are fitted with aftermarket crash guards and never have any issues. When it happens only with this bike, it makes the buyers think before purchasing this. Even I personally like this bike but lost trust in it now. Can be life-threatening for the rider if it breaks.

Hi. Don't go with AMC if you ride less. Even extended warranty and roadside assistance isn't required for Honda. It won't breakdown if you take care.

I owned this bike for one year (black and blue colour) It was just amazing. No problems. The engine was butter smooth with a mileage of 57 to 58 kmpl in the city and 65 on the highway in eco mode. The bike did not have any heating issues. This bike is fuel injected and the fueling and throttle response was very good. It gets a very wide seat which is comfortable for both city and highways. The only issue which I found was the stiff rear suspension. You can change it to dream neo's rear suspension which is adjustable.

Come on guys , this is not a RE fault its the stupid crashbars fault that you guys install incorrectly, eaven the crashbars company has told people to take it of and install the OEM protection from RE ,.. the guy that have installed the crash guard on the bike has forgotten to install the engine bolt so that's why it failed

I honestly suggest you to go with Bajaj platina 110. You get ABS which is the most beautiful thing about this bike which no other 115cc bike gets, great mileage, tubeless tyres, 11 litres of tank capacity and most importantly, longer front suspension travel, you get a carburetor which does not demand you to maintain minimum fuel all the time. You also get a digital instrument cluster which also has a trip-meter, gear position indicator, service indicator and the best thing is that you get 5 gears. So, platina is a perfect balance between 100cc and 125cc bikes. So platina 110 anyday 🙂

It hardly takes an hour if we do oil change at home and I would pick Motul 7100 instead of Honda. I can purchase OEM oil filter and washers from Honda ASC here and may be elsewhere also.

Thanks for sharing. Parts cost is very reasonable but labour charges is somewhat high for just oil replacement. I own Honda City and labour cost for oil replacement is 900+tax which is same as this bike!

My pleasure! Yes I know the service charge is high 🙂 But getting it serviced at the company's workshop is important as it will lapse the warranty if I get it serviced outside. Moreover, it is a Bigwing workshop, so they will definitely charge more as it is mainly selling premium bikes. I hope they charge the same as they do for the NX 500.

@@Touseef_ahmed99 yeah, for warranty purpose we have to get serviced regularly. If you have separate service center for big wing bikes then charges are justified. Here in my city Activa, Shine, CB350 and even NX500 is serviced in same center. It is too crowded and they'll take two days for simple oil change. 😐

Most chases breaks are due to rider inexperience/ overloading/ poor riding on jumps and pot holes. not fault of manufacturer in most cases . An experienced rider will rectify the issue in the initial stages when he notices the chasis getting extra impacts by improving his body /foot position and right momentum/lines tackling obstacles.

Without the engine’s support, the entire load is transferred to the backbone of the chassis, particularly the section beneath the tank. This could potentially lead to structural issues. It doesn’t seem like there’s an inherent flaw in the chassis’s quality. Instead, the absence of the engine mounting bolt seems to be the primary culprit here. It’s essential to ensure that all engine mounts are properly secured to maintain the motorcycle’s structural integrity and prevent undue stress on the chassis.

Owner negligence led to this. The bandidos pitstop crash gaurd was installed on this bike. The main engine bolt was missing which led to the engine felling off. Bike is absolutely fine. No issues with it. While I'm not against aftermarket crash gaurds, with this engine being the stressed member of the chassis, the owners must be extra cautious. This is a case of pure negligence from the owners end. And that why this dude is trying to get all those videos down. RE can even refuse warranty in this case but I guess they are still replacing it under warranty.

I own a Himalayan 411 2018, 47k+ kms done chassis broke down 2 days back.. whoever owns a himalayan have to check for the chassis cracks before starting the ride and never neglect any noise coming out of the motorcycle for us to be safe

My god! Lucky you. Many people are facing this issue. It is important for owners to inspect their Himalayan bikes before riding. As a precaution, one must avoid off-roading on this bike. Hi bro, I bought a new hue edition and it clocked 1200kms. After first service I started riding bike at high speeds. In 3rd gear at 50speed, the gear lever is vibrating a lot and when decelerating the brake lever, gear lever and handle bar vibrates a lot. Have u faced any such issue with new bike in the beginning?

Use Castrol Power 1 ultimate 15w50 or 10w40 engine oil The results are optimum in terms of mileage and performance for h'ness or RS

The issue is with service. They use Honda's synthetic oil. It's going to be out of warranty if I insist them to use any other oil. I used Royal purple (imported) oil in my Dominar and it was the best oil I've ever used.
