The sims castaway mobile game (that came programmed on my moms Motorola) was SO fun. After a few minutes the free trial would end, but still. That was my introduction to the franchise as a whole ☠️

how on earth did paradox think they aren't getting sued. every single asset, menu, resource, tech tree, tool, biome and icon is ripped directly from factorio and satisfactory. not inspired by not similar too, just shamelessly copied. I love factory games I'm always excited for new ones but this is an insult to our beloved games and spits in the face of other hardworking developers. shame on paradox shame.

The PS2 Castaway was a banger, played the fuck out of it and the PC version didn't come even close

Love that game but I'm absolutely terrible at it. Anyone who likes organization or efficiency NEVER look at the monstrosity of a "factory" I made. Imagine a ball of yarn that was beaten and abused by a child. That's my factory.

I played this pretty religiously on the PSP and it was definitely possible to play without any other sims on the island. Waaaayyy less character customisation on the PSP also I was pretty surprised to see you could actually change their facial features lol
