I used this short workout with light ankle and arm weights on an active recovery day, paired with an abs workout. I will try to do this twice, as per suggested in several comments, good challenge idea. Thank you for all the effort you put in all tthis channel😀

I began a year long diet in September of 2021. I lost 96 pounds. I felt so good but it started to slowly come back on no matter what I did, I could not lose it. Now, almost 2 years later (experiencing issues like an itb injury, neuropathy, sprained ankle and now trying to recover from a torn meniscus, I have packed on about 20 lbs. I needed a good place to start exercising again, and I found you. That is a long work out but it was perfect for me! Great moves, lots of arm movements and my heart rate reached 120. (I also have Bradycardia and am 64 years old) I pray with this perfect workout, by 65 in 6 1/2 months, I will lose that 20 lbs. You are so personable, good music and I found myself just smiling through this workout😊! Thank you 🙏! You are a Godsend!

I just LOVE your videos! I do them in my house with my fan on me. We are in hot humid Texas and I can no longer walk outside because of the incredible high temperatures. Your videos keep me in shape and just make me happy and smile. Thank you.❤😄

So I had to see a physiotherapist this week because I've got sciatica and arthritis and they don't seem to be easing up. He was so impressed with the variety of exercise I am still doing in spite of the discomfort. I have been so worried that if I stop I will seize up completely but also afraid of aggravating these conditions. I modified some of your exercises but he was happy for me to continue working out with you daily. Thank you Jules

Thanks so much for your feedback, Clare. I'm glad to read that you're modifying exercises as needed and happy that you can continue with me! On days when you're noticing the sciatica more, the gentle or beginner level workouts are always available as an option when your body says the 'intermediate' workouts might be too much. It sounds like you know your body well and what it can handle.

I love the determination to keep getting stronger, Dawn! You can always do it without weights, and gradually increase with very light weights and so on.
