This 30 min full body walking in place with light weights workout will get you sweating and challenging the muscles and body for weight loss. You can choose to use no weights, or pick up some light weights to make the workout more challenging. This is another all-in-one, low impact walking workout including cardio, strength, balance and stretching exercises. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2857 steps.

Thank you Jules so much again!!! I did this workout today after the 2nd day of week 2 of interval training and I started with 3 lb weights but had to go down to 2 lb halfway which is such a big improvement for me. I tried this same workout just 3 months ago and couldn’t do the weights. I have completed your 25 day weight program, your 5 day weight program and keep doing them now every day along with interval training and another workout added into the day. I have lost inches lbs and gained so much strength and noticed I can go so much longer now without losing my breath!!! You are my life saver and I just love ALL your workouts and hard work and efforts you do for so many people!! I do smile back at you, everyday, and blow you a 😘 , too because I am SO grateful for finding you and helping me with my weight loss journey! I have purchased a brand new smart phone and several different weight strengths since finding you. It all started with your words after the first set of interval training “Stick with this for 4 weeks and you should see some changes, right there you challenged me and you were right!! That was all I needed to finally see results and feeling so much better!! Awesome, AWESOME workout! I'm 66 with some health issues and your workouts are motivating and inspire me to come back tomorrow and do another one. I especially like the light weights mixed with cardio; I know I don't do enough with weights so a workout like this is perfect for me. 6/7/24 Jules, KILLER workout. After 15 minutes in you just smiled at us because you know we wanted to quit but your quote below reminded us why we were here. Yes, you are a great teacher at instructing us with your beautiful smile. If we could only have a body like yours right away. When I was dying and wanted to quit at 27minutes you smiled and I let out a scream yes, you did encourage me to keep going. I know when I try to get out of the bed in the morning my thighs, butt and inner thigh will be screaming and I will be wining. I know it means I worked hard and succeeded. Jules this one is marvelous. Some moments I felt I was goin to quit but I didn’t, I just did what you always say, do it at your own peace, I didn’t make de 2800 steps, but I got. 2080 and finished completed sweaty and happy. Thanks a lot.

That was a challenge! Started with 2 pound weights but went to weighted balls. The balance exercises were fun to accomplish. Thank you for this fantastic workout!
