Thanks for the video. I have a question: on my W202 C200 CDI the heating works fine. However, the AC cooling do not work. I refilled with freon 134. However, the cold does not come out. Is there some valve or something that I have to check? The fan is working pretty well though.

My car had a issue where the ac would turn on and off while it still blowed air NOW it turns completely off can it be the same case for this??

I have 1995 but it seems like yours is different from mine, because mine has something that looks like a 10 mm hex socket, I can't drive my car because my alternator has completely gone bad. Been trying all day but can't find that m15

First you need to release the tension on the belt, find the tensioner pulley, number 1 on the diagram (at the end of part 1 video). The tensioner has a nut 15mm flats in the middle, I used this nut to move the tensioner pulley to release the belt tension. The rest is easy, just make sure you draw a diagram how your belt is routed, trust me you will not remember it if you don't draw it.

Hi there! at 23:06 i sight a "plastic tube with a rubber band at its end" that you put on the manifold, what's it for! I was changing the water pump and suddenly I found it "loose" behind it (pump) and I dont know where to re install it back.. Since it's not in its position, my mercedes has relenti troubles.. can you help me?

I been trying to get mine out so I can clean behind everything but I have the cassette holders and I don’t think I can separate the ashtray and cassette holders it’s really tight in there I think I need to take everything above it out before I can remove the ashtray etc There’s so much stuff stuck under my center consoles and under the ashtray I just said fuck it and left it how it is

Well it's hard to diagnose remotely. Can you turn the key? Could be that someone replaced the original lock?

First of all which sensor you're talking about, upstream or downstream? The upstream sensor reading should go up-down, and downstream sensor reading should be steady at around 0.5V if the catalitic converters work as should.

Be Careful, these cars are very heavy. If you put the jack in the wrong place you will crush the sill when you lift the car. Also, dont open the doors and don’t get in the car when it’s lifted up

Hi Lawrence. Happy New Year to you too. I haven't had any time to work on these cars, so haven't made any videos. Life became very busy taking care of all the things around me. I hope this summer I might find some time, need to change brakes/rotors on both cars, change antenna mast on the C280 and powder coat valve cover, the paint lasted only 6 or 7 years. Also I don't drive it much, so the car sits outside .... and valve cover is getting corroded and it looks ugly.

Where does the part with the small hose at the fuel pump inlet connect? Is this a regulator return? Is excess fuel returned to the tank from there? Why are there two entrances, one thick and one thin?

this tester is a simple voltmeter , when light flashing means the voltage in on the borderline of this measurement zone. If you watch the video carefully it shows situations where the lights start flashing.

The ring that holds my sending unit is stuck and the tank twists so bad I am afraid it will crack 😭I have a spare one, but I am too lazy to swap the whole thing. And on the spare one, I also cant remove the ring! WTH is with my luck?! Oh and to top it all off, the metal half of the small crooked hose coming from the sending unit is rust as hell and I am afraid it will break. I have no idea how to find it (if it exist as a part) or how to swap it with a hose, considering its crooked like that...

I need an advice, please. How to open the trunk of a mercedes w140 (95, 4.2 liters) I left the trunk open overnight, someone closed it. The battery in the trunk is already dead. it cannot be opened either with the yellow tubes leading to the trunk, or with the key in the trunk lock, the key can only be turned a few millimeters to the left. it has been closed for a long time, no one has given advice since then..

Hi Petr. Can you open the hood? There must be a positive (+) connection in the engine compartiment and negative (-) you can connect to any good ground. Use a spare battery or get your neighbor to help you. That should provide power and hopefully your remote works. The key should work, even if the battery is dead, something is wrong with the lock. Let me know if it works
