This is one of the few bosses that immediately punish you for summoning or drinking anything right after the fog gate. Like he will charge you and instantly delete 80% of your life bar and you can't dodge while doing other actions (though the charge is near impossible to dodge anyway).

I wanted to get to Messmer and fight him so bad, I was kind of doubting that he was gonna be in Shadow Keep, when I walked in the arena and got a cutscene I heard "Mongrel intruder" and thought to myself "is that him?" and then when I saw the snake immediately I was so hyped and then he hit me with that sweet, familiar line I had heard hundreds of times in the trailer and just felt euphoric

Got second phase on my second try and beat him at 21 attempts. He doesnt have a lot of health and he also get afflicted by rot poison and bleed which makes my build a great counter. On the flip side Malenia doesnt care much about rot and poison so i struggle hard. Half the bosses in this dlc are built for me 🎉

This boss looks like something out of Scorn with its body horror eldritch design...noice. Very Bloodborne.

Still trynna wrap my head around this boss and dlc…. It’s clear that the shadow realm came first and is the starting point for everything. All fingers came from metyr, who according to her remembrance, was abandoned like Placidusax… We have the Elden beast as a vassal… so what is their relationship? Who are the two finger at round table hold waiting to hear from? Is that why the old lady says it could take thousands of moons? Because the greater will is actually… gone? The greater will dropped its “daughter” off here and then it started birthing fingers. We find marikkas home village Then marikka has a son and he’s dying, to save him she makes a deal with the fingers or metyr…i think… then the rest is history… but why?

Radahn in Mohg's body with the power of Miquella. The 3 demi-gods brotherhoods + Together they look like Godfrey, the first Elden Lord. A really big best-of !

I was kinda underwhelmed when Radahn didn't have a 2nd phase in the base game coz it was such a cool fight, I was thinking it would be cool to have the festival at phase 1, kill him with the bros and then he goes to a 2nd phase where you have to fight him on your own, his horse dies and he gets all pissed and even more rabid... well, this is that request coming true, kinda. LOL

Not one person noticed that messmers eye isnt an eye, its a marika scarseal. You can see marikas rune etched into it before messmer removed it.

Btw if y’all are confused. From the very start of Elden ring, miguella had a plan to resurrect radahn and become a god. And they needed moghs body, so they charmed him(mind control) so he has a weird obsession with them. Once we defeated both, she took radahn’s soul and put into the empty husk of moghs body which in turn resurrected radahn. That’s why before you enter the dlc you have to defeat both of those bosses. And that’s also why radahn has bloodflame magic.
