Golf was more entertaining when I shot higher scores. The better I get, the more boring the game becomes. It’s a bizarre feeling really.

Danny I love your videos! Very easy to digest. I tried this on the driving range and I think I might just play like this - even with loss of distance it is straight and on the fairway. lol

Hi Danny love the videos I've been watching for a couple years now. I've looked through your channel and couldn't seem to find a specific topic covered. I have a much easier time hitting my short irons and wedges but as I move up to my mid irons like 5-6 I almost always have push shots is there any way you could cover push/pull shots through the irons?

I feel like I owe you something for this lesson! I’ve always struggled with snap hooking off the tee or pulling it left completely. Found this video, got a bucket at the range, took my time and worked the steering wheel, and wow. Effortless launch and very tight dispersion with almost the entire bucket! I never realized how my angle of attack with the driver was so off, which I guess explains why I’ve always been better with my irons and approach shots. Thank you sir!

Hi Danny had to write this. I’ve been struggling with approach shots for a while now and watched this video several times with interest on Saturday evening. Sunday morning was my clubs first big major of the year and I was participating and I thought what the hell I’ll play the whole round playing off the left side as you instructed for approach shots. I played a really solid 18 like this and though I lost a little distance on the driver and long irons it was made up for with much more accuracy. It was a tough challenge that day and my group were last out, on arriving back at the clubhouse with a net 68 I was shocked to discover I had won by 2 shots. I never dreamed of winning a major and I’m so happy, thank you so much for this timely advice and I dedicate my win to you. Thank you Laurence.

I have watched some videos of shallowing the club when coming down. But not sure why we can't shallow during back swing up, and continue to keep the shallowing position all the way down to impact position ( instead of normal up and then shallowing down).

@@DanielMaude I normally like to set up with a decent amount of my weight on the left side.. only problem is I don’t want to get stuck with all or most of my weight on the left side (right handed golfer) any tips to avoid swaying while trying to bring that weight a bit towards the trail side? Or do you think the body will shift some weight back naturally, as you bring your club back?

Great video, Danny. Is the small set in the lead hand only for the one handed swing or is that part of all iron full swings? I can see how it would assist in maintaining the angle between the arms and wrist through the swing.

I watched this yesterday and decided immediately afterwards to go hit some balls from my garden into the cane paddock. Couldn’t believe the results. On waking this morning and being a disbelieving sort if guy I decided to go to the range and see if this was real. An hour on the range just incredible. Not to be convinced too easily I then did 9 holes. Not perfect but wow what an improvement 👌👌thank you very much Danny👍👍

A friend and I have been watching your videos for many months now. We really enjoy them and have learned so much from you. I watched this video yesterday. Today, after kind of blading a shot over the green, I chipped in for a birdie from behind a green, up hill about 3' to the green in about 5" of rough exactly as you describe here. The pin was about 25' down the hill in the middle of the green. It went up in the air so perfect! Landed just on the green and rolled straight down into the hole! It was the most beautiful shot I have hit in my 30 years of golfing. Even better than my only hole in one! I had an audience up on the veranda and they all applauded! My partner had hit a great shot to the green, but sadly missed his birdie putt! Oh well. A great time was had by all and I just wanted to thank you for your great videos!
