Hey long time Do you still do the 5km runs or walks?
@TomSMorley7 күн бұрын
So I actually went on my first run since just yesterday. Have gone from jogging 1 min max on a treadmill to running a 3k in the space of a month. Legs absolutely fine however due to the surgery I now get pretty bad knee pain. Gotta see a knee surgeon soon

I didn’t understand, did your fracture come from running?

NOOOOOOOOOOOO I was so invested in the video .. sucks man.. I just bought a treadmill to do the same

Check maffetone training plan and run with a cardio my friend. Your runs should be easy and you should have rest days.

Sorry but I'm confused, how did that injury happen? Was it from running too much?

Why you dont run that many miles untrained.

Would be cool to see a part 2. Also, trying to set a PB every time you go for a run might not be the best way to aproach it.

It's been more than a year since you started, is there going to be a part 2?! My heart sunk with your result here, but I would love to see a part 2!

Gained yourself a new sub mate, just your dedication to making this happen I’m sure is inspirational to a lot of people who are putting themselves down and in the “can’t do that” mindset I’ve only just recently started running and my search “cookies” have guided me to your video and I’m glad, rest up easy mate and get back to it when you can! You did so well, you had it in you to get to where you got and you can do it 10x over, well done

OMG you are like me. I too have a body like yours, when someone looks at me they think I don't work out when in reality I do endurance all the time. I recently did 220km bicycle ride and later in the week ran 70kms. I look like a bear, round bear.

You’re gonna bounce back like crazy bro. Trust me I did it too. I broke my wrist at a basketball practice for a AAU team then came back 50 pounds heavier 4 or 5 months later than 6 months after that and like 10 anime series I lost like 70lbs and got an 8 pack

Great video! Inspiring! You will heal in time better than before. I love the shirts you wear when you run. Where could someone get them from? Thanks!
@TomSMorley2 ай бұрын
Hey Troy!! Really appreciate that. My Tops are mostly second hand from DePop, people buy so many new sort jerseys and hardly wear them, get them practically new for a third of the cost!

Do you have any breathing tips? Im currently on a 2 mile for 30 day challenge.
@TomSMorley2 ай бұрын
Hey! In terms of breathing I really didn’t focus too much on it in my video. Down the line, it has now started to help me. I now do a lot of zone 2 training. It will be worth your time looking into it!

Love the dedication! its all about doing it when you dont want to. i did a 21 day challenge where i ran 4 km to the gym, worked out, and then 4 km back, lost 8 kg. from 90 kg to 82. now 2 years later im at 100kg but lean and in great shape. im 6'4 tall if that matters
