I’m an all or nothing smoker myself. I’m either smoking all day everyday or not at all. I’ve fallen into the same trap so many times, thinking ill grab some bud after being sober for a while, and will just use it sparingly. Never works that way. I’m happier, healthier, and have more money in my pocket when I’m not smoking. Currently been without weed for about 6 months also, and I pray that I never go back.

I stopped smoking ages ago. Never really noticed much difference except being bored is boring now. Wasn’t anxious or depressed while smoking. Was happy, didn’t affect my Personal life. Didn’t affect work. Only difference now is money saved. And some power over not needing to buy weed

I've stopped seeing my friends over the last year. Five years ago i had a very busy social life, being a chef meant socialising with work colleagues after work, but since changing jobs to a delivery driver im pretty much by myself all day...and i couldn't be more content. Less effort, less drama, less social anxiety, less pretending to care. I don't think anyone misses me and the feelings mutual about my past friends. Sounds cold, but maybe I'm a bad person.

Much appreciated sir. Been feeling a little hopeless as of late. What a breath of fresh air watching this video. Not because you’re being optimistic, but because you’re being realistic (and right).

You will one day stand before God and answer for everything you have done. How will you do on that day? Here's a quick test: Have you ever lied? Have you ever stolen anything? Have you used God's name in vain? Have you ever looked at someone with lust? Have you had sex outside of marriage? Have you ever had, or been involved in, an abortion? Will you be guilty on Judgment Day? If you have done these things, God sees you as a lying, thieving, fornicating, blasphemer, adulterer at heart, and murderer, and the Bible warns that God will punish you in a terrible place called the lake of fire: Revelation 21:8: "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." Yet God, who is "...rich in mercy,..." sent His Son the Lord Jesus Christ to suffer and die on the cross for all guilty sinners. We broke God's law and the Lord Jesus Christ paid our fine. That means God can legally dismiss our case and He can commute our death sentence. John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life." Then the Lord Jesus Christ rose from the dead and defeated death. Please, repent of your sins and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, and God will give you eternal life as a free gift: Ephesians 2:8-9: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." John 14:6: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

I didn't have any issues quitting weed for around a year. I think having ADHD actually helped me quit weed at one point, but I'm smoking again because I can control myself and usually only smoke once a day or when I'm playing video games.

The anxiety and depression part is SUPER Real. I've been smoking for the better part of 15 years pretty much getting high all day long everyday, and I've noticed really breaking out of my comfort zone and gaining more self confidence in general has helped me a ton with my depression and anxiety. That doesn't mean it's completely gone though, and that I don't experience occasional episodes of these two when getting high. The main thing I think is my anxiety still, Nowadays if I'm just taking a bong toke alone then continuing to focus on my computer work, then my anxiety is pretty nonexistent, but when smoking with other people especially I tend to get anxiety.

You can control what you eat on weed. Just make sure you have healthy stuff on hand. Make sprouted bread pizzas with tomato sauce and organic cheese and grass fed pepperoni. Have some veggies on hand as well. Just make sure you have fiber... Don't just go for chips and gummy bears. 😂

I quit weed about 6 months ago at the start of the year, I relate to this so much. Everything you said felt like I was talking to myself in the mirror. I relapsed about 2 weeks ago, I think your message at the end was very humbling, I realize that I need to be humble enough to admit I shouldn't do it even a 'little bit' because I simply cannot control it. Thank you for this video, I will give it another shot.

I agree with most of the things you’ve said I’ve been smoking for seven years and it does make me incapable of making phone calls because I’d forget what I’m talking about but on the flipside unlike you, I was an introvert before I smoked weed and smoking weed has made me actually more socially active I do agree with food with the food situation thankfully I cook

Spot on for me bro, I’m 19. The first day I started at 16 I didn’t stop for probably a single day. My dad would smoke me up after school, and i always had free access. Once I got a job I moved to wax and that wasn’t good. Soon as I wake up I grab my bong and pack it, because my stomach hurts and that’s the only thing that helps. Then I get extremely lazy for for the day. Can’t eat unless I smoke. Can’t sleep unless I smoke, can’t go any where unless I smoke. Ima quit before I wake up one day and I’m lonely at 45 packing my bong wondering where my life went because I couldn’t make any new connections while high.

KZfaq is full of people selling quick, rich schemes. 1) Anyone who runs a successful business knows running a business takes a lot of your time, so, you do not have time to make KZfaq videos telling other people how to make money. 2) If they are making £1000,000s with a quick rich scheme, why waste time making KZfaq videos when you can spend more time on the quick rich scheme to make even more money. 3) Finally, the way you can tell if it's a scam or they are overselling is if they use the words "A system, this simple system or formula" or "this secret..." Whether you are a one-man band or you have 50 employees, your daily routine is not spent doing a repetitive task
