The 3.5 gigs is cause it takes some from ram my computer reads double the vram on my graphics card cause it’s taking from my ram

I still have my 7700k just put a rx6650xt gpu in , over clocked my cpu to 4.6 , I DONT know if I can upgrade my cpu with the same socket I’d rather not change motherboard boards and lose everything almost , will a 9900k fit in that socket - LGA1151

Your ingame captures always look so muted for some reason I think its the colors, very noticable colorful games like Fortnite and CP2k77 and CS has too much brightness/gamma

I bought a 6GB RTX 2060 a year ago after switching from console to PC. I bought a 1440p 165Hz monitor with it a i5-10400F processor. It runs Rust with 70+ fps on high/max settings. It runs Arma 3 with high/ultra high settings on 40-50 fps. It runs Valheim, Enshrouded type open world games with high settings 50+ fps. I played RDR2 on high settings with 60+ fps. Mind you these all ran on 2560x1440 resolution. The only game my pc struggles to run is Gray Zone Warfare but that game is a hot mess right now. Im not an expert in PC's but this card is amazing and shocks me how good it performs honestly. If you run a 1080p screen, this card is more than enough to run any game.

It may not be shredding world records, but those average FPS figures were really good. I'd say "for the money," but honestly if your monitor is 60FPS this is gonna do it for you in most games. (Settings being a bit lowerd from max, but still. Older games will run even better, presumably.) 1% and 0.1% lows may not be perfect, and there I'll say it is good "for the money". If this is your rig from back in the day and you're sticking with it, I don't see why you'd really need to upgrade, and the environment thanks you for keeping parts going longer.

I just sold my old 2500k rig for 70€ after years of use. Now have an 7700k but it’s more than enough for me (i also have an M1 MacBook Air). I had 2500k, 8gb of ram, gtx 760 and 256 ssd.

Just get a used 360 at this point of Budget 😂

I still toss my mars 2 760 in my system to mess around. It's just fun to do so.

Integrated graphics have sure come a long way, give it a couple more years and I think you'll see external GPUs starting to come down in price just to compete.

My Cpu is WAY older than this and i still run games decently. Im looking into a budget upgrade because my cpu doesn't support Windows 11. This PC became my main rig because I had gotten this machine second hand. I just had extra parts laying around making it decent. Cpu: Intel Core i7 4790 Graphics: GTX 1660 Ti Ram: 32GB DDR 3 Storage: 500gb ssd, 3 - 1 TB Hard Drives Them old Intel i7s are kind of crazy.

Man, this video brought so many memories, especially the PSU. Been using VS550 for idk how many years, and sadly, it did blow up back in late 2021, but didn't take anything with it thankfully(maybe it's a good thing I was using the integrated graphics on my old i5 7600 back then and didn't have a GPU). The GPU I had before that was 1060 3GB. First PC I built with my own money(well, the PSU was my father's old one he "gifted" me back in 2013-2014 I think). Kaby-Lake CPU and Pascal GPU combo was masterclass.
