Also, another way to make the exercise harder is to prioritize a perfect form, which means no tilt to the side and no wide legs, which will increase the exercise dificulty and will make your arm stronger

How many heavy weight champions have come from Africa ? Zero !!! Africa has produced zero heavy weight champions ! Look it up
@sandelemental65026 сағат бұрын
This is how it is in all heavily technical sports. Africa isn't able to condition athletes in the same way as Europe or NA. They still do well in purely genetic based events, like sprinting.

Loving the content, I just became a father which has really cut into my time for training because I'm usually running on 4 hours of sleep with the newborn baby and the 50-hour work week schedule and pulling. I'm always tired. My nutrition's not as great as it should be and my training has been subpar. Do you have any tips? Most KZfaq videos on fitness are geared towards single people, not middle-aged dads with a full-time job and a new baby. Anyway, I'm open to any tips or advice

Power ? Instead of giving your opinion of who hits hard look at knock outs 50 or more in a career. Or percent of fights won by !

Facts no African American Ever tested has been 100 percent sub Saharan African NONE ! The average is 20 per European 80 per s s a ! So to be black American means your mixed raced ! Zero Africans have won a heavy weight title ! They were all mixed raced African Americans ! Look it up

You extrapolated the distribution of ethnicities from a limited sample. How many natural East Asian* heavy-weights have you seen in real life? Monsters like J Zhang and H Choi are just freaks of nature in their respective habitat. Race plays a dominant factor and will have an impact on the underlying pool of potential talents.

1 arm push ups might seem hard but trust me it’s not hard at all, the trick is to be able to balance your body well so you won’t fall down. If you can do 30 push ups you should be able to do 1arm push ups, but I have a problem I can only do it with one hand not my other hand one arm stronger than the other
@hoop698816 сағат бұрын
Agreed, form my personal experience the one arm push-up is more of a core movement than a pushing movement.

work on your straight arm strength first, actually get a decent planche/straddle planche hold before working on planche pushups if you want them to count. will help you avoid injury in the future while training planche pushups and will make other planche based skills easier to unlock

ONE ARM PUSH-UPS are UNDERRATED! GOAT exercise! It improved my punching agility and power a lot. Last time I did 34 in a row, full amplitude, decent form. I am looking forward to 100 in a row and I am gonna do more of these to get there. But there's a little disadvantage to it, when you finish one arm you have to go with another, after your mental strength was already tested. It's kinda mentally demanding. Still, elite exercise 👊💪🔥

Do you have tips to do it ? I really want to do it to build shoulder strength but I'm stuck at archer push-ups.
@bananalegend19420 сағат бұрын
100 in a row is just absurd, good luck though
@endorphineguy20 сағат бұрын
@@Lifeology8 just progressive overload, I think the video covered pretty much all needed to progress in it. Make the one arm push-ups easier by doing them in an enough inclined position, or on the knees. That's how you get the taste of it and the technique. Adjust the difficulty of push-ups by changing either it's inclination, variation or adding weight if necessarily. That's all you need to achieve one arm push-ups, just practice.

Yoo, i wanan grow my chest at home. Any tips? Push ups are a no go and are too easy. I have 10kg weights, but still easy. Pseudo planches are a little harder but still. I watched ur vid on the diamond and pseudo planche. I can do a few one hand push ups still. They are not for chest. Any tips bruh
@bananalegend19420 сағат бұрын
try a decline or find a way to increase range of motion and if you can do that as well as weight, and if you have a dip bar then do weighted dips
@jojobizzaere17709 сағат бұрын
@bananalegend194 . Thx. U know calisthenics skill like bent arm planche, is it gud for chest and should I try to learn it. I'm close as I have 10kg weights to make progression easier
@bananalegend1948 сағат бұрын
@@jojobizzaere1770 i dont think its too good for chest since im pretty sure its more of a shoulder and abs thing but i think it does work chest a good amount and its also good to just learn as a nice calisthenics skill to have and it can even help with planche a bit and other stuff, you should still train it as well as other stuff like weighted dips or such

Bro i feel like your muscular growth has plateaued. Like i was expecting you to be 100kg natty lean by now but you look more like 85-87kg. Considering how big and lean you were when you were 14-15. You've gotten definitely stronger though.
