To be honest bro in some way it's good you are skinny , it's always been hard for me to stay lean and muscular,I'm 220 right now some of it is muscle but alot is fat.I was 240 at one point, I'm only 5"9 btw.

I generally only use protein powder but notice I feel tired and not myself often, I take half a scoop of creatine and feel almost immediately better more energy, clearer thinking. Do you think recovery issues are to blame? Perhaps I’m deficient in creatine.

not really but i’m certain meat and dairy are superior proteins so it’s obviously less optimum to be vegetarian compared to not.
