I was really surprised by it my self. I don't know the exact age of shop it's older than my 1977 house. The tons of sand fill was crazy to me. Seems like it wicked the moisture out of the concrete making it very thin on bottom. They use 3 inch slabs allot here. I would prefer a 4 inch for a vehicle surface.

@ThinkBuildTest I think if it's this old you'll have nothing to worry about. It's taking the weight of your tractor 🚜, etc. I like how you've got the inserts in the sides . A nice professional touch 👏. I'd love ❤️ to do this in my workshop 😀 ❤

@@127cmore they made the concrete pour a real pain and had to do repairs from air bubbles. (Hoped the ramped shape would help) but haven't everything seal up underneath and having lights and electrical all accessible from multiple angles makes the work nice no extension cords needed to get caught up. I have some more fun videos to make with pew pews and wine cellar in the pockets.

I rebuilt my 6T45 in my Diesel Terrain. Was pretty easy. The solenoids aren't your problem it's most likely your pistons. Also adding in the Sonnax shift kit and drum saver does wonders for this transmission. I highly recommend getting the "Hyper Blue" brand pistons which are a little more expensive but much tougher than the OEM ones. 15k miles later I had to pull the trans again because the torque converter went (Should have done it while apart....) but I cracked open the trans just to see how it was doing and everything was perfect AND! My trans fluid was not burnt and black like this trans is famous for. P.S To anyone attempting to rebuild this trans, DO NOT try and replace the rectangular seal on the transmission TCU. You WILL break it. It's not possible to change and I don't know why they include it in the seal kit. Soon as you pop it off you destroy these hair like wires that are connected to the PCB board. It will be a $400 dollar mistake....

Well, I have had pretty good luck with Pontiac. Owned 3 of them and they all ran good the day I got rid of them. My 2004 grand prix I gave away at 260,000. It is well into the 300,000 now, but I think it don't run any more. 😢

@ThinkBuildTest perfect, a battery backup system would cover power safety concerns. I am now wondering what the lifting mechanism is. I've seen car lifts before, but never like yours. The ones iv seen usually utilize a hydraulic system for lifting and holding the car. The safteys iv seen for them have been those locking gear teath that catch during a fall, or just a bar going through as a catch-all.
