I started smoking weed at about 12 or 13 with my older brother, im 34 now. About 9 years ago i started having panic attacks everytime i smoked it. So I quit, but then replaced it with alcohol and became a heavy alcoholic. But im happy to say as of now im about to come up to 7 months sober from alcohol. As for other drugs i quit using when i was 20 years old.

I think it’s out of control. I’m on vacation in Italy and, even though I love Europe, now that I’m traveling with young kids, it’s very frustrating to have them exposed to all the smell and smoke of cigarettes literally everywhere. There is no regard for young kid’s health from the perspective of cigarette use. People literally seat next to me and my kids and light up a cigarette. That would just not happen in the US.
