The most important consideration is caster angle, if you're going to do this you must ajust caster, or drop your control arm rear mounts. Not fixing caster induces high risk of death wobble. I have built many trucks.

Yeah there is no way you should be recommending people to run a F rated tire at 24psi in the rear dude.. I know your a smart guy but that is absolutely ridiculous. 40 should be the absolute minimum for a 3/4 or 1 ton truck. Also he front should be more with a diesel wig all the extra weight..

I have 37x13.50r24 Toyo open country rt trail f rated max psi 95 and I don't carry heavy loads in my truck and after the shop lifted my truck and added wheel/tires they left them all at 36🤷🏽‍♂️.. I feel like I need to add more air because when I look at the wheels I see that the sides are a little higher than the middle..can you give me a ballpark figure of what might be a decent range?

Emailed your company the other day about the steering issues on a used, lifted 3rd gen Ram I bought recently. Air pressure was the first thing they suggested along with your beefy track bar. I was shocked to learn how low the pressures should be on oversized (from OEM) tires. Ran a chalk test yesterday and 50 psi in front as they rec'd showed even wear. On the rear your guys rec'd 35-40. I ran chalk at 40 psi and the center chalk was worn off more than the edges so I need to reduce to 35 for even wear. If I understand your rec, the procedure is to find the psi at even chalk wear then add 5psi to the front and take out 5psi from the rear. Thus, I should change to 55/30?

Yeah that would have been catastrophic for a stock cummins. The fact it survived that and drove home (albeit damaged) is in itself impressive. You're not going to make those whoops look easy without some major suspension travel.

Do you make one piece radius arm kits for 2nd/3rd gens? I like the look of Thuren Alien Arms for newer 13+ trucks but would be cool to have something like that going to transmission crossmember super solid for 2nd/3rd gens, i have a dakota on 95 ram 2500 axles/suspension and it does awesome wheeling around here in Oregon but have been determining some softride 1500 springs up front and create some boxed radius arms with adjustable upper links, heims at the crossmember with bushings at the axle side. The only brand of radius arms similar to what id make is Cognito boxed radius arms for 05+ super duty but i would flip it upside down to have the adjustable upper links instead of lowers

I think my 04 3500 crew cab longbed is crying for a Thuren setup. Lucky enough only little ways away from Bend hahaha maybe have to come see what could be done for it, got a red goat fab bumper on front and definitely could ride better on these dang Oregon loggin roads

So I have a question, I just got a 22 2500 with factory ram self leveling air air bags in the rear. What I like is I can lower it one inch in the rear for a leveled look or for a trailer. I want to do 2 inches in the front and 1 inch links in the back. Will I still have rake? So when I hit trailer alt height I still get a dead leveled look?

If you measure off of the bottom of the rocker does it still measure level?

I put a Thuren trackbar on my 08 in 2010. I have over 317k on it. Just recently I had an issue where my truck felt "drunk"…..i replaced the long tierod with oem and it felt different , but sitl "drunk"……I had a trusted friend steer my truck left and right while I was lying under the truck watching the track bar. The axle end had a very small amount of play in it. I just ordered another heim joinr end from Thuren. I realize just now that this is exactly the way my original track bar problem felt. Can’t wait to get my new heim joint installed……to sum it all up…..That Thuren track bar has handled close to 300k miles of abuse and its only gonna cost me $58 bucks to make it like new again.

I have a AEV SC 3 inch lift. I smoked the track bar in Moab. AEV was nice and warranted it for us. And I will install the one they sent. But if this continues to be a problem? I’m gonna be looking for a replacement.

Just ordered a thuren trackbar for my 2012 dodge diesel. I have a leveling kit and the stock trackbar bushings are worn out every year resulting in the dreaded death wobble. I am super stoked to get the track bar on my truck!
