I first played Doom on 3DO in the early 90s. That lead to Wolfenstein 3D. I became a fan instantly.

My greatest memory from my rhythm game days was when me and my friends played the endless setlist from Rock Band 1. I just wanted the achievement. My friends just thought it would be fun. I remember getting to Enter Sandman and the kick pedal broke. My friend got his girlfriend to play the kick by hand for the rest of the setlist just so I can get the achievement. 😂 I miss those days.

This showed me classic bangers, introduced me to new cool bands, and definitely taught me rhythm at least

I’m so glad I modded Reignited on my Deck, seriously I fixed the music I fixed Sparx and Spyro, finally have a good version of the remake. The originals will always be the best though.

And that is what Nintendo is about; playing games. Not watching video graphics.

The blue shell is prob the sole reason why i dont think MK is the best kart racer ever. You punish good drivers for being good and incentivize putting yourself in a lower place on purpose then save the op items for the 3rd lap and win in a cheap way. CTR best racer of all time by far

In like 5th grade my cousin sent me his DS for keeps and all the ladies in my class were hogging my DS because I introduced them to nintendogs. What a fucking time back then

The fact he not only morphed synths and guitars with chainsaws but also piped sine waves with noise modulating them into chains of analog gear after looking at concept art shows that Mick went to great lengths to make something that sounds completely new but also fit DooM, I admire his creativity when it comes to Sound Design. Ps. Love the Chris Vrenna mention, that guy is awesome.

Bro glazed this game so hard you'd think it was literally Jesus Christ. Mario 64 is good, but seriously... "I love wallkicks I love midair kicks I love yadda yadda" repeat for literally every single detail in the game. Control yourself.

9:04 Wrong, the game was released as a total conversion free "mod" for HL2 in 2012, it wasn't until late 2013 that they acquired license from valve through Steam's green light and finally going commercial in 2015 as early access through steam, the game was almost finished by that point besides spending the remaining 5 years remaking Xen from scratch and polishing the game

Phantom Hourglass was my first Zelda game (we were poor, so I didn't get into games until like middle school), and I absolutely LOVED it! The exploration, the cool puzzles, the intuitive controls, it was all so cool and interesting to me. Still feel that way.

1:07:33 Mario Kart Tour is not a spin off, whether you like it or not. Nintendo recognizes it as a main entry, mainly because it was featured alongside every other game in the booster course pass trailer. Not to mention, it has some really great tracks that have gotten into mario kart 8 deluxe, and in many of the polls I've seen regarding mario kart tracks, people tend to like many of the tour tracks over the console tracks (not all though). Of course I am a daily tour player, and I will defend mario kart tour with my life, so I may have some bias towards it. Now yeah, I love the game, but I admit it, there are some aspects I don't like. The random usernames for cpus in single player makes no sense, and the microtransactions. But there are many things I like more. The items are amazing, each character having a different tier pn different tracks, which makes you choose different drivers, karts, and gliders on different tracks, the amount of unique (or costumes of) drivers, the fact that the track lineup changes every 2 weeks, resulting in better replayability, and more. If you give mario kart tour a chance, actually try to play it, and ignore the microtransactions, it's a really fun game that has way more potential than people give it credit for.

everybody still flames Nintendo for filing DMCAs after fan games are finished, even as they are available to play and download still precisely because they specifically don't shut down the development. they did this even as they were deciding to do their own remake, as they probably saw the project as a great idea. Nintendo fans despite their fanboying still don't realize how much Nintendo loves them.
