A solution that I came up with to unblock the 12v DC port is to rig the monitor upside down.

Thanks for the thorough review! I just got this in an estate sale haul and i had no idea what it was for... PS Dollar store insulated lunch bags make great soft camera bags with foam protection, plus less likely to get stolen as it just looks like your lunch is in it.

I have a Canon 60D - will the monitor display a full image on the screen? I saw some video where the image is has a black box around it cropping the output signal ... thanks great review

Physically moving the camera forward is called tracking, not zooming.

What about the cable you connect from camera to gimbal to use the record button from the gimbal

I’ve got the same camera and the battery life is indeed awesome. I’m not sure I still need my V mount batteries, or indeed my Ninja V.

Great review, thank you - I found some helpful features in there and I'm getting the field case case. . I've had mine for a over a year and my biggest issue was the color of the screen and calibrating it to match what I would see on the camera viewfinder/screen. Once the white balance was WAY off from once I got it back for processing. Any tips at all?

Wilson, I'm extraordinarily frustrated. I just purchased the FeelWorld Lut7 7" monitor. I purchased this monitor for still photography use in a studio, not video production. I want to primarily use this piece of equipment in a studio to assist with focus and having a larger screen to view than what's on my camera's small screen. The monitor was a cheaper alternative to buying a laptop and Capture One software. It should work for my purpose. I can't find a single KZfaq video that actually tells me precisely how to operate this thing. I mean a video that provides the basics for operating this piece of equipment. For example, I want to watch a video that tells me: How to keep the touch function from automatically switching to off-I'm having to constantly turn on the touch feature over and over again because it keep switching off. Is there a trick to keeping the touch function always on?; How to set your function buttons--yes I now where the buttons are, but how do I set them for what I want?; Do I need to install the LUTs 3D to operate this piece of equipment-Yes or No? I want to see demonstrations and practical instructions in a studio on how to operate this equipment. It seems that every KZfaq video simply explains what a person likes or doesn't like about this equipment, not how to practically guidance on how to operate this thing. Can you make a video that shows/demonstrates every facet/function of this equipment-where the function are and how to set them. I feel that I wasted my money on it because there aren't any descent videos or guides/manuals out there on how to operate the FeelWorld Lut7 monitor. In fact, I watched a video in which the only audio was music and the person who created the video, pointed to buttons that the viewer couldn't see, so you didn't know what buttons they were pushing. HELP!

I have followed all the steps but the monitor can't read the LUTs on the memory card. I create the LUT in premiere pro and the file size is less than 1mb (113kb). What who knows what I should do.
