Hello, Wondering if by chance you have a video or instructions on changing the glass top to the 30inch induction range? One of our customers dropped a heavy object on theirs and cracked it. It must be pretty uncommon because I can't find any instructions on how to do it.

I have this new stove. Oven working but I can’t light burners. The spark plugs just keep clicking and nothing ignited on all 6 burners. What do I check for?

I'm going to have to jump in a also mention that my 36" Fulgor Milano Sofia I just go has the same problem. Takes about a 3 to 5 attempts to light the oven. Sometimes, I just give up. It's definitely not "normal" from the other ovens in the market (Wolf, Cafe etc.). Will be calling Fulgor support again, otherwise, going to swap it out for something that lights the first try. Totally regret getting this brand.

This will be the fifth time service has come out and we still don’t have a $5000 oven working correctly, We were told 2 service attempts ago if it was not fixed they would warrantee it out, ( at this point we don’t want it, we would like our money back and buy something else) I mentioned that the last time I was speaking with a representative and they were quick to dismiss that claim. I was unable to find the ignition sequence in the owners manual the day we received it, this was verified by the representative who said it is not in there??! Very frustrating every time we light the oven it’s a battle, now Fulgor is saying that two or three ignitions is acceptable...., I would love to see your mechanic tell you two were three attempts to start your car is normal. Disappointing product.
