As a real monk for 10 years and a licensed psychoanalyst, I appreciate this post. Thanks... These are 10 things he misses about being a monk: You must live under vows 2. You must give up your life, wealth, status, etc. 3. You must live under real community 4. You do not think like a monk, you think about the monk's life 5. You must follow an ancient rule 6. Accountability within community 7. Renounce the attachment to materialism 8. Be willing to lose your life 9. Renounce the thought that you can have it all 10.Your wisdom, discernment, and charity are free to others so they can save the world

I came across a KZfaq video where the person was actually showing past interviews where her story was inconsistent. And then during the time she was allegedly homeless she was actually still married and looked like she was living a very lavish lifestyle! Plus how she buys followers & comments, it was sooooooo good! Why aren’t more people talking about this? There’s something about her that screams “phoney” 😕

That story about the girl and his dad working his way out of the slums is BS, his dad immigrated to Britain and working his way up in Britain is nothing like it is in India, also its more likely his father was always wealthy, narcissism! All BS!

Three years late here. I don’t know how your channel got recommended, but I thought it was interesting enough to listen through. I also think that you’re an overall nice and genuine person, based on this one video. Anyway, my question is - if you were not part of the original drama, why did you insert yourself in it? Did you not see from a mile that you were going to bait yourself in it? Glad you’ve step away from it!

Most probably that Indian girl without hands was orphan, was put on the streets because handicapped people are not seen as equal in there like here in west. Instead being judgemental and putting himself on pedestrial why he didnt go share his dinner with her. Like one real Indian saint once told "its not your job to judge other people or think their hardships are their Karma, its your job and Karma to help"
@susanna8612
@susanna8612 Ай бұрын
His attachment and desire for fame and wealth certainly owns him. Also his attachment to his look, he thinks he is gorgeous. If he would suddenly end up to the streets, would he still be oh so happy and content? Would he still want to "heal the world" and " help" others if people would not pay for him thousands $ for those courses and "teachings" which are nothing unique anyhow. I doubt. That seperates him from real monks and spiritually humple and wakenened people.

Great video and very enjoyable. And I’m pleased to learn that my instincts are on point because without ever hearing this liar (not monk) speak, I knew he wasn’t somebody I ever wanted to listen to, even though I have friends who are very enamoured with him 😢 hopefully not anymore now that he’s been outed. I only hope that the rest of the world starts waking up to these fake self help gurus and stop giving them their hard earned money that ensures that they don’t ever have to work.

while everyone is entitled to their opinion, this woman clearly is missing the point and has no clue about Dr. Dispenza 's work. We are all in charge of our own healing. Period. He simply shares tactics to improve your own existence if you should decide to partake. You could lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink.

Now that we have some truth about his qualifications we can hopefully make better decisions about following people in this brand field. And he is not the first fraudster, scammer, fake, or whatever you call it. So we followers on social media have to do a better job at investigating these new age influencer's going forward.

I appreciate your thoughts … AND to criticise them for not being mental health experts then throw the word ‘narcissist’ at Jay is hypocritical. A narcissist is not the same as being self-absorbed or egotistical. A narcissist is a very specific Disorder that has very distinct features. Please stop throwing that word around - it’s incorrect and harmful.

I don't choose sides, I was just looking for the truth and I did'n get it. Dispenza may be waste of money but you deffinitely a waste of time..

I know very little about Jay Shetty, but find your commentary shallow and frivolous. In addition, your delivery comes off like that of a 15 year old girl with a fake smile, and a little girl voice, talking too fast and failing to articulate. Sorry, but you are wasting your time on this character assassination of someone you clearly judge at the most superficial level. Find something truly productive to do with your life and stop trying to gain popularity and money from trash talking other people.

When referring to the girl in the slums of Pune, he mentioned that his own father worked his way out of the slums in Pune. For some reason I do not believe his father came or lived in the slums of Pune. In addition if he ever did live in the slums and happened to make it out a lot of it had to do with his caste. Given that he came from a relatively privileged caste it would have been easier for him to move out of poverty than someone from an untouchable caste for example. Also he mentioned that he doesn't say hi to the Uber driver. This doesn't surprise me, a lot of the Indians who have settled in Britain tend to be quite, arrogant, consented and do not have the same manners and respect that the British population is known for.

Fake it till you make it is very common with Hollywoodians. But when you get greedy, that's when they get you. And it's very tempting in America. Hard Truth. The glamour is a sweet medicine but bitter afterwards. Enjoy the money 💰💰.. How he and his wife used religion to get what they want is wrong. He is not qualified enough to teach. Realized spiritual teachers won't buy mansions in Hollywood. They wanted to get away from gloomy uk and be on magazine covers 🤔

The brilliance of the "self-help" or "wellness industry" is that the assertions are vague enough to evade scrutiny from others in the same industry. This is distinct from religions, where religious figures constantly call out "false prophets", the only metric for gauging someone's "wisdom" in this industry is that they appeal to enough people. If that's achieved, their success creates a veneer of authenticity. Their self-proclaimed wisdom is, in a sense, baptized in money.
