Goid video - Good tips but one thing that is I think the most difficult in pronunciation is enlace. Eg Por amor al arte - in Spain you may not hear the r of por or a of amor etc - it will be more pouramoor ral lar Tay- if that make sense - like one word. It’s called enlace and if you say that phrase hitting the letters at the end and start of words then this is not how native speakers speak. However, it is how I would speak as a non native speaker. Native speaker would say po ra mo ral lar te - like one word with syllables formed from letters at end of words and start. I do this in English without thinking eg you want to go to the shops - u wann nago to (the soft) shops - swallowed words a Spanish person would say. Maybe a video with common examples of enlace for most frequently used phrases

La verdad es sorprendente como enseñas el español y como lo manejsa. Siempre fui de la idea que aprender ingles desde el español es mucho mas facil que el español desde el ingles. Felicidades!. Igual como punto a destacar, hay tantos pero tantos acentos distintos en español y todos se hablan tan rapido que debe ser bastante complicado
@BreakthroughSpanish14 сағат бұрын
¡Gracias!

E.g. No cerrés. No escribás.

Profesor, si mal no recuerdo la frase "a propósito" tiene otro significado. E.g. Lo hiciste a propósito. You did it intentionally. Y la frase "por cierto" significa "by the way".

Muy buenas. Tengo un comentario referente a la letra H. En Latinoamérica si la H se encuentra antes de las U y E, la H se pronuncia como [g]. E.g. huevo [gŭevo], huesos etc.

I think I'm able to roll my tongue because of this video thanks! But I keep making a "hhhh" sound, is that right?
@LifeStormCreative6 күн бұрын
I came here after starting duolingo and being unable to roll my r. Your tips helped make sense of what was going on in my mouth but I still couldn't quite put it together. The whole reason I am learning Spanish is because I lost my 19 year old son in April and he was fluent in Spanish. I am doing it to honor him. As I sat here trying your tricks, I looked up and said "Help me honey. What am I doing wrong?" A couple more tries and I was doing it!! Between your tips and a little help from my angel, I have made more progress in a half hour than I have in weeks!

I have been learning Spanish for the past 6 months because I’m country hopping around South America and I love using what I am calling the “baby method”. I feel like it’s so much quicker than reading grammar rules and this video just reinforced my belief because after 4 minutes of listening to him explain the difference between saber versus conocer based off how a child would learn feel confident I can apply this technique without needing to know the in depth gramma rules behind it. Thanks for making this video! I subscribed and will continue to come back to watch more when I need a little extra help with my Spanish grammar.
