Also full marks to Bentley for slso recognising your talent and giving you access and giving their time to show you around. All in all a brillisnt piece.

A really interesting video - Bentley cars just ooze quality. As a schoolboy I had a school trip round the Ford Dagenham site - not quite the same! I think your Dad should treat your long-suffering Mum to a tour of the Gucci factory in Florence!

That looked like a VERY exclusive tour, Harley. By special arrangement or appointment, I guess? I'm with you on the 50's era cars. They seemed to have the perfect balance of performance and stately design. Mind you, the 2000 Ajure (C2 BML) [38:00] in that magnificent deep blue really caught my eye...😁 Thanks for bringing us along.

You and your dad are very lucky to have had such access to these cars. Even after the takeover I preferred the Bentley models to those of Rolls Royce. The VW Audi ownership seem to be doing justice to the history of the company Thanks for a great video Hartley.

WOW Harley, that was BRILLIANT from the very beginning, with the Electric Piano intro and then the outro. What a lovely day out you had there, and your presentation was excellent. Out of all those cars, the 1949 Mk6 would be the one I stole ! The T1 series were gorgeous, but personally, I think anything newer is just rather brash and gaudy ! Anyway, what a fantastic video, and well done creating this video. Take care 🙂

What a great video Harley and, of course, not forgetting your, shall we say, (not so Youthful) assistant 😂. What stunning cars, some real beauties that even in my dreams I could never own. Realistically I could own a S3, such a gorgeous car or the Mk6, an elegant gentleman’s carriage. Well done, I’m sure you have a great future in motoring journalism 👍

W O Bentley in later life wrote a book called "The Cars in My Life" - a good read with some nice anecdotes. Harley might enjoy it (if he hasn't read it already...). Published by Hutchinson in 1961.

Interesting viewpoint on historic Bentley. My grandfather had a NR518, Bentley OX3922, chassis 846, 15.9hp, bought from Cyril Kaye Birmingham, 25th July 1936, when mileage was 7625. My father remembers being taught to drive this car in his old school grounds at Stanley House Edgbaston. My dad was born in 1925 and unfortunately died in 2019 so I cant ask more about it. I have had some discussion with the WOBMF (Clare Hay) on grandfathers old car but photos are scant I'm afraid. Brought back memories watching this video. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for a totally facinating video. I adore Bentleys (I would prefer one to a Rolls Royce any day), and to have the opportunity to see some of the manufacturing process plus see a range of their cars through the years is truely special. Every car a classic or a future classic. bThanks again.

You lucky swines! I seethe with jealously at your being able to be so up close and intermate with these priceless Bentleys. Despite the various changes of ownership since the 1930s it is impressive to see that none of the exclusivity, heritage and incredible quality has been lost. Not only does this video show your ever increasing maturity and knowledge but also that both you and dad have gained so much respect and trust in the 'industry' that you have been give such a full, guided tour of the factory and freedom of voice overs. Well done both for your professionalism, research and knowledge. You are a unique family and I am proud to be a continuing supporter of all you various motoring exploits virtually from the start when you, harley, as we say in Cumbria wur nobut a lad!! Rob

Brilliantly knowelgeable narration and informative video Harley , & RJ .Some priceless and beautiful machinery there. My favourite W.O's 8-litre company car , certainly had a locomotive look about the bonnet and proved the main use for the largest chassis was luxury enclosed cars and many existing examples in later years lost their original coachwork.

WOW what a fascinating video and experience Harley, I thoroughly enjoyed it and judging by the expression on your face so did you. Absolute class. I would love the red convertible, such a stunning car. The Arnage is a very stylish and classy car and I would have one tomorrow. I very nearly bought a Flying Spur 5 years ago, silver, black interior. Took it for a test drive which in itself was an amazing experience but eventually decided agains it after much soul searching and several visits, simply because of the size, it is a huge car and very powerful. First rate video Harley, well done.

The Pantera at about 15:00 would have come with a Ford 351 Cleveland. My bro in law sold them back in the day. I was about 10 when he took me for a ride. The cleveland thundering away right behind your head was pretty mind-bending!

That Jensen at about 9:00 is great! A six pack is a set three two barrel carbs. It was a pretty common option on most bog block v8 MoPar muscle cars. I had no idea Jensen offered them. That is just too cool!
