Oh my goodness, that's what happened to me; I neutralized too often! For the first time in my life my hair was under processed. But it doest have it's normal texture, has less shine, looks like I've walked in humid weather 😢 Now a hairdresser asked if I ever relaxed the whole head from root to ends, she says she does that sometimes. Is that wise to do? I'm so lost...😢

well i still don't know, my hair is super under processed in so many different places in my hair and I'm afraid to burn the fine hair during correcting, so what should i do exactly🙂, by the way last relax session from almost 8 months

i was under processed bc i was stressed from over processing idea, and it ended up with a mess 🙂

As a texlax girlie I have been doing some of your routines when having open hair . Started deep conditioning once a week for a month then put my hair under protective styling since I’m always around water . I don’t oil hair when on this as I noticed debris Everytime I undo . So been doing clove water to cool and stop itching and I have seen the health improvement of my hair 😇I’m looking to change some products it’s time to introduce some products that are now available in my country that you use so thank you for getting my hair to it’s state ❤
