To people who's thinkin ki bs ye 4-5 exercise krne se weight gain hojayega please aisa kuchh ni h iske sath sath aapko ek healthy diet bhi follow krni hogi, the exercise will improve your metabolic capacity n it will boost your energy, it will improve your muscle strength as well , but a healthy diet n confidence n a commitment to yourself is must.
