I lived in Montezuma County, CO for four years from 8/2018 until 8/2022. I moved there because Oceanside PD was plotting to kill me to steal my real estate. The full four years I lived in Dolores Oceanside PD’s Dane and Kylie, Brooke and Emma of 2209 Zabyn St STALKED me trying to convince people they could rename me “Barthle” and assume my identity. Oceanside PD’s black psychopath of Avocado St STALKED me to Dolores in 8/2018 vandalized my SUV illegally installing surveillance equipment and a tracking device. He repeatedly sent carjackers/hitmen after me trying to get my real estate for himself. I was trying to sell my house in Oceanside in 2019 and the Montezuma County Sheriff fell for Oceanside PD’s lies and went to my house in Dolores and kidnapped me in 1/2020 instead of investigating the extortion rackets run by Oceanside PD and Cortez PD in Dolores. I opened a candy, coffee and toy store in Cortez and Oceanside PD’s black psychopath sent hitmen by almost every day. Cortez PD was hanging around my store in Cortez and house in Dolores trying to rob me blind. The people of Montezuma County was using what was clearly extortion rackets for entertainment. The full four years I lived in Dolores the Montezuma County Sheriffs refused to take STALKING complaints and investigate who illegally installed a tracking device on my vehicle. The US Navy SEALs have been moving in to Dolores. It is not safe to live there. Oceanside PD/Cortez PD are still running extortion rackets in Montezuma County, CO and the Montezuma County Sheriffs still expect someone else to investigate the crime in their jurisdiction.

So,these idiots were at the wrong house in the middle of the night trespassing,opened the screen door and knocked instead of using the doorbell as any normal person would do,barely announced themselves as you can barely hear the guy the second time and his words were unintelligible the first time and a guy who was sleeping peacefully before they showed up is now dead and idiots on here are defending the people who murdered him? And this is murder. That man has every right to come to his door on his property armed and those guys had absolutely no right to be disturbing him at night or any other time of the day. Duh,we were at the wrong house doesn't cut it. The damned pizza guy doesn't seem to have as much trouble finding the right house as police do.

Exactly this, pretty pathetic all the bootlickers here high fiving these murderers. THEY came to his house, THEY got the wrong house, THEY barely announced themselves. Daniel, it works both ways. If the police alert a criminal too much it gives them time to ambush them. I am a gun owner but I would never answer a knock by opening the door and immediately pointing a gun out of it. That was just crazy.

👮♂️ ~ Cops preemptively point guns at citizens all the time during “high risk“ calls and traffic stops. So why can’t a homeowner do the same thing during a high risk knocking at his front door in the middle of the night? Because for anybody who doesn’t know, the cops were at the wrong house. I do believe the cops had every right to shoot this guy. But that said, if cops are able to preemptively point guns at citizens why can’t reverse happen? I just mentioned this because if anybody watches this who constantly defends cops then they need to think about what’s fair and right. _Edit 8/17/23: updated voice dictation typo from the word “I“ to the word “they“. Don’t ask me why my voice dictation makes that mistake sometimes.
@Mr_Archer11 ай бұрын
You can’t preemptively point your gun at a cop because we as a society have said that’s retarded and you deserve to die if you do it. If you don’t like it, make your own society. See how long it lasts with civilians “preemptively” pointing guns at cops all night long. I swear some ppl have literally 0 critical thinking skills.
@dewizz263811 ай бұрын
You 100% can point a gun preemptively but the person at the door will point a gun back at you if they are armed. The home owner handled the situation very poorly, if those were armed intruders it would have ended exactly the same way.
@rael546911 ай бұрын
"if cops are able to preemptively point guns at citizens why can’t reverse happen? " Because cops are uniformed officers of the law and we GIVE them that authority. It's against the law for a private person to point a gun at someone unless there is a threat.
@iMatti0011 ай бұрын
@@rael5469- I almost liked your comment until I realized it was actually in opposition to me. Lol. I do understand the cops have that authority, but that’s why I made this comment toward those who constantly defend Police. Even though I think police are very often inappropriately criticized, I also think cops need to have a little bit of empathy for all the people they point guns at. That’s basically what I was getting too. When I got this pointed at you it doesn’t feel good even if it is somebody who is a cop. Cops have done wrong and accidentally shot people, and cops have outright murdered people on purpose, etc. So anybody who is a big defender of Police needs to have some empathy and realize that cops shouldn’t unnecessarily point guns at people. _Edit 8/24/23: made a small voice dictation typo correction._
@rael546911 ай бұрын
@@iMatti00 Matt I never said cops have carte blanche. I merely state that in this case and similar ones they have the authority to be armed......and to defend themselves as in this case. I can think of the Philando Castile case where an officer was too quick to shoot. "After five days of deliberation, he (Officer Yanez) was acquitted of all charges in a jury trial on June 16, 2017. After the verdict, Yanez was immediately fired by the City of Saint Anthony. Wrongful death lawsuits against the City brought by Reynolds and Castile's family were settled for a total of $3.8 million. " Wikipedia The jury in Yanez criminal trial got it wrong. His employers got it right by firing him.

Cops are to damn stupid to look for a door bell? IF someone show up at my door in the middle of the night I am showing up with a Fire Arm, had the dumb ass cop used the ring door bell the owner could have looked at the app and saw it was a fat ass pig at his front. There is blame to around on both sides of this. The cop knocks on the door like a scared girl scout on her first cookie sales.

According to national research and investigation...... No less than 27% of Police Officers; 34% of Sheriff Deputies, and even more concerning, over 68% of Private Security personel are psychologically unfit to wear a Badge much less carry a Firearm. Federal Agents (FBI, ATF, IRS, NSA, CIA), apparently operate as they chose with little or no oversight whatsoever. THIS NEW INFORMATION is a classic example of why citizens have lost respect for and trust in Law Enforcement organizations in our nation; so much so, that many now consider the United States to be a "Police State" . Sad........

Umm. I see a issue if the wrong person just opened the door, and they just shot him. but he came out shooting.. I don’t think this will fault for a wrongful death suit.
