this is timmins thats were im from and yes in straightline this sled is fast it has good mid range to top end but would never beat a new sled in a race from a launch its too slow

ya our 670 has some trail porting, shaved down head for tigher squish and clutching and gearing with the 1.25 ripsaw studded she hooks and goes. its torque monster on hole shots

yes I was on the throttle for quite some time but the way I see it is once I get the momentum of the tires moving its putting less stress on driveline if I feathered throttle I could have gotten stuck or slipped the belt

ya straightline performance head,y-pipe,pipe jaws can , clutching, geared for 91mph 1.5 intense track, and a suspension mod for more weight transfer that mod is the reason why its gets traction out the hole

Oh yeah huge difference it helps mainly in low to mid range with response and power top end speed is same. It helps because it's lighter it's 6.7lb the stock clutch is 13lb so it revs up quicker. On a paved road I can be doing 15Mph in high pin it and come up into a wheelie.

it never overheated inside engine. just stock fuel tune is lean the header pipes were glowing and was burning my legs so I bought a dobeck fuel tuner and richened it up it runs alot cooler and more throttle response, just burns more fuel.

What's the part number for the dobeck tuner if you don't mind me asking?

Is it the ejk gen 3 ?

I had a 95 Mach 1, which had 670 with factory twin pipes and 44mm roundslides...she was a screamer,had times pulled out of airbox, and Guy Paquette clutch kit and CrankShop stingers...my ears are still ringing!!😂

But it didn't win most of the races there I saw.......it won one though there may be more. But in the last half they raced some more and the 500 ss beat it handily.

Ill have to ask my dad for the exact parts but he pushing around 185HP at 10200RPM his pipes are custom made by jaws to make power at that RPM and his porting is also setup to make power at That Rpm the exhuast port was raised to raise the power band so hes able to make power at 10200RPM, its geared for 105MPH I think engages at 6700/7100Rpm depending on clutch setup thats in their. he was running bored carbs that were at 40mm but for this winter we got 46mm carbs to try. the sled is also 250lb lighter then stock and has lightweight parts and suspension. also has 136" 1.5 " intense track with 1.75" studs. I also forgot to say he has custom domes that he can change out when he wants. He Runs C12 from VP

ive got a 600ho the same year it the front end barely comes up, i dont thing its because of the gearing

I'm running 1.5" intense track 121 length in that video it's geared for 94Mph I moved my front skid bolt down 1" and back 1/2" and that helped alot with weight transfer but its alot more tippy when cornering but I'm careful.

If it pulls the front end vertical wouldn't that meant the opposite to 'never grabbing traction'?
