I am by no means an expert in what you're dealing with here (asides fron being a Ghostbusters fan), however I'm also a Catholic, and we do not approve of using things like ouija boards to "contact the dead". We believe that God is the only one who can allow souls to make contact with the corporeal plain, not the other way around, and that methods of spiritual contact by humans can act as a gateway for evil entities to our world (and also our soul), so using an ouija is likely only going to make the poltergeist problems even worse. My recommendation is to have a trustworthy preist bless the places where you've encountered paranormal activity.
