Loved the targeted legs and glute workout, thanks Ash. The killer set at the end. Working with 4kg x 2dumbells. You sure know how to motivate and innovate. I will do your upper body workout on Wednesday. Yay!

It could be many things! If it was just a once off, and isn't causing pain still, then i wouldn't worry too much 🤗 Mobility is always a great thing to work on though if you know your hams are tight
