I am definitely making a pair of these. I’m just a little confused about the leather that wraps around the part that goes between your toes. I didn’t see how you made that. It looks that you cut the two pieces of leather even but then after you stitched them together I noticed the center stitch with green around it. ??? I hope this makes sense.

Good Day! I just gone my machine yesterday and I've already been messing around with each of the cartridges to see what it will do. I think I've come to the conclusion that this machine is going to be awesome in conjunction with my tooling stamps to get to the look I've been unsuccessful achieving with stamps alone. I am one of those who you refer to as not fully on board with the western art (I'm a CA surfer/beach girl...) The patterns I prefer are difficult to find in leathercrafting. Looking forward to making those patterns myself now! Thank you so much for all your hard work ~ I appreciate you! I'm off to scout out your project videos using this machine!! /subbed!

ALL THAT and then you don't show the finished product?! I would understand if you hid the process and then showed the finished product, but what's the point of showing the build process and then not giving the viewer the satisfaction of seeing the finished shoe?!

What kind of neoprene do you use? Standard 1/8" like a 40a durometer rating, or neoprene foam

I had one of these machines. It was ok for very light leather. Basically a piece of junk. Its worse than the chinese shoe patchers. I ditched it and got the cowboy 4500, a dream machine.

Hi, my fiance seen your video, and is very excited about your tool, and the accessories for it. She was big into crafting, but after her stroke a few years ago she found she couldn't do a lot of the hand work that is required of leatherwork, due to not being able to hold the small tools properly. She has had to give up her crafting to a large degree because of losing most of the use of her right hand and arm. This machine, she says, will give her back her ability to do some of her passion.

Damn, I wish I came across this while I had disposable income. This sounds like a really interesting idea for a new tool, I'll be keeping my eye on this and picking one up to try when I can afford to.

With the SK cut it stops dye from spreading from let’s say the background to my vine work. With the line tool you use in place of the SK will it allow dye to spread?

Although this is an impressive video and demonstrates your shoemaking skills well, I believe you should add spoken/written commentary on each step.

People should do research before buying machine for leather stitching. Best is cylinder bed 335 normal stitching setup without tje binding set. Chinese any brand will cost 300 dollars. Its a copy. Of pfuff 335.. I got this post bed used once it is a waste for any leather artisans. This machine mostly used for stitching thick garment like denim. Roller foot is for shoe upper stitching.

I like the machine nut the 830 with the powered wheel is slick but the thickness capability is less i believe. I will continue looking at theae before i buy . Thanks for the video, i find there's not enough videos on the different techsew machines i find that aspect very lacking
